Stop Allowing ‘Your Story’ To Determine Your Level of Success

Byron Katie is a fabulous enlightened soul, teacher, transformation specialist and just a beautiful soul who guides people out of their suffering by helping them to let go of their story.

According to Katie, as she is affectionately called, all suffering is created by our thoughts. There is nothing outside of us that can ‘make’ us feel anything. We choose how we feel according to what we think about a person situation, or set of circumstances in our lives. And that person or situation is actually presented to us to highlight to us the thoughts we are thinking that is creating our suffering so we can let go of them and move into a heightened state of enlightenment.

According to what you have been taught and told by others in your life, you have made critical judgements about yourself and your environment that have shaped who you are today. You have been programmed to think, feel and react to your environment in a particular way and you do this totally on autopilot. It’s like you have no free will what-so-ever. That is, until you see how beautifully designed the whole game is and you can choose to let go of your story about yourself and your environment.

Our judgements and expectations of life, of ourselves and of others is what creates our discomfort. Once we let go of these judgements and expectations we are free to experience everything for what it is, just an event, or a person, or a thing. Nothing is sent to make us miserable. Everything is attracted to us to help us to grow and reconnect with the omnipotent source, whatever you believe that to be: God / The Universe / Higher Consciousness / The Divine / Source / etc.

We behave the way we are conditioned to behave through years of programming from all the people and influences in our environment. And you can modify your behaviour through recognising whatever is holding you back and reprogramming your subconscious.

Who decides who you are and what life you live? You do! And if you don’t like what you are seeing, or experiencing, then you, and you alone, have the power to change it. And it’s not necessarily about changing the external circumstances, but your response to them.

Certainly sometimes it takes removing ourselves from a particular set of circumstances to set things right, but once we let go of our attachment to our feelings about those circumstances, we are more empowered to change them instead of reacting poorly to the situation and often making it even worse.

For example, if you have defined yourself as unsuccessful, a failure, not good enough, not smart enough, not pretty enough, not deserving, etc, then you will continue to live these definitions out in your everyday life. And these are just untruths that you are allowing to determine your results. Once you decide to be let go of those definitions you are free to be, do and have anything you want, and redefine yourself as many times as you like.

The truth is there is nothing that defines you or limits you, except you and whatever conditioning you are holding onto. You are a limitless being with infinite power and potential. And it’s time you started to discover the truth of who you truly are.

So here is a tapping sequence that will help you to let go of your identity as ‘unsuccessful’. You can use this same methodology with any definition you have about yourself regarding health, wealth, career, relationships, or anything else you are not happy with in your life. This will give you an idea of how to go about it.

Start by rating this statement on a scale of 0 to 10. 0 being that it’s not true for you at all and 10 being the most true it could possibly be for you:

“I am never going to be successful because that’s not who I am.”

And now use the following EFT Tapping Sequence. I have picked a bunch of phrases to work with, but you can add any that pertain to you because there are hundreds of other possibilities of things you think about yourself that will hold you back from being successful. Find them and release them, because you deserve to be free from this perpetual cycle of sabotage that plagues almost every person I have ever met and worked with.

Setup Up Phrase

Karate Chop:

Even though I’ve decided that I’m not successful so I don’t act like a successful person I choose to forgive myself anyway

Even though I have defined myself according to all my old conditioning that I’m not successful & never will be, I choose to love and accept myself anyway

Even though I don’t behave like a successful person, because I’ve defined myself according to all my past results and conditioning, I deeply and completely love and accept all of me.

Eyebrow: All my life I’ve been letting myself down

Outside Eye: By being attached to all my old results

Under Eye: And being attached to my story

Under Nose: All my reasons not to be successful

Chin: Who am I to be successful & have all my dreams come true

Collar Bone: I don’t have what it takes to be successful

Under Arm: I’m not disciplined enough

Top of Head: I’m don’t have the knowledge or education

Eyebrow: I’m not smart enough

Outside Eye: I’m too lazy

Under Eye: I not strong enough

Under Nose: I can’t take the heat

Chin: I have dozens of reasons why I can’t be successful

Collar Bone: I’m just not destined to be successful

Top of the Head: I’ve proven it over and over again

Eyebrow: It’s written in the stars

Outside Eye: I’m really attached to this definition of myself

Under Eye: I have failed so many times that I’m convinced I’m a failure

Under Nose: Success isn’t everything

Chin: Success is over rated anyway

Collar Bone: It’s so much easier, less painful and less stressful to be mediocre

Under arm: Every time I try to succeed I just get disappointed

Top of Head: I’m positive I’ll never be successful because that’s not who I am

Now go back and rate that statement: “I am never going to be successful because that’s not who I am” on a scale of 0 to 10. Keep repeating this line of tapping either with these phrases or others that work better for you, until you have the rating down to at least a 2, then move onto the positive tapping round below.

Set Up Phrase

Karate Chop Point:

Even though I’m still convinced I’m never going to be a successful person, I’m willing to be open to new possibilities about my potential.

Even though I have proven over and over that I’m not destined to be successful, I’m ready to step into my true power and leave behind all the old conditioning that doesn’t serve me.

Even though I have never succeeded at achieving what I really want in the past, I choose to entertain the possibility that it’s because of old programming and to release whatever is holding me back so I can be successful in every area of my life.

Eyebrow: I know that my results are determined by my subconscious mind

Outside Eye: And I choose to know that I am capable

Under Eye: Of achieving anything I set my mind to

Under Nose: I choose to modify my behavior

Chin: To model successful people

Collar Bone: I resolve to do whatever it takes to be successful

Under Arm: I release myself from all attachment to the results of my past

Top of Head: And know that they don’t define me

Again rate the statement “I am never going to be successful because that’s not who I am” and keep tapping until you have brought it down to 0. This is a great tapping session to do each morning before you start your day. Do it for 2 weeks and see what happens.

Who Will You Be When You’re Wealthy?

Have you ever considered who you will be when you are wealthy and financially free? Have you thought deeply about how your life will change? Believe it or not, if you are struggling with financial abundance, there is a part of you that is afraid of who you will be and what you will have to give up to be financially wealthy.

Often when we think about having lots of money, we think of all our problems disappearing and having everything we have and so much more. In fact, you will have to make sacrifices if you want to be wealthy and you aren’t already. Your relationships may change because people perceive you differently. You may move to a more upmarket part of town. You may spend more time away from home. There are hundreds of ways your life may change, not all of which you see as desirable. Your subconscious knows this and it does not want to give up anything because it doesn’t feel safe. The subconscious likes the status quo because it’s familiar. It’s afraid of the unknown and what it holds.

We identify who we are very strongly with our current way of life and changing that is very threatening for our subconscious mind. And if the subconscious does not feel safe, it will do anything to sabotage any change, no matter how much we believe we want it.

So, how do you stop the subconscious mind from interfering with your success? You reprogram it to let go of fear of the unknown and it’s attachment to your identity. There are many therapies out there that can help with that, and my favourite is EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique.

Following is an EFT Tapping sequence that will help to stop you sabotaging your success because of issues with identity.

Rate the intensity of the following phrase on a scale of 0 to 10: “I’m afraid I won’t know who I am anymore when I’m rich.”

Set Up Phrase

Karate Chop:

Even though I’m afraid I won’t know myself when I am rich, I deeply and completely accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though there are certain aspects of my life I am really attached to, and I’m afraid they’ll change when I am wealthy, I profoundly love and accept myself anyway.

Even though it doesn’t feel safe to change my life and be wealthy, because I will lose my identity, I choose to love and accept myself anyway.

Eyebrow: Being rich sounds great, but who will I be when I have lots of money?

Outside Eye: I have only ever known myself as struggling for money?

Under Eye: I can’t imagine who I’d be if I didn’t have to struggle for money.

Under Nose: I’m scared something will change that I don’t want to.

Chin: I’ll be a different person if I have lots of money.

Collar Bone: What if I’m not a nice person when I’m rich?

Under Arm: What if I lose my friends?

Top of Head: What if people expect more of me?

Inside Eye: Maybe I’ll have less time with my family.

Outside Eye: What if people don’t like me anymore?

Under Nose: I couldn’t handle that.

Chin: It just wouldn’t be worth it.

Collar Bone: There’s lots of parts of my life I wouldn’t be willing to sacrifice for money.

Top of Head: It’s just not safe for me to have lots of money.

Inside Eye: Everything will change, and I’m not willing to risk that.

Outside Eye: I won’t know who I am if I’m rich.

Under Eye: Everything I believe about myself will change.

Under Nose: My identity will be completely different.

Chin: What if I don’t like myself anymore?

Collar Bone: Money changes people. I’m not ready for that.

Under Arm: It’s not safe for me to be wealthy.

Top of Head: I’m too scared of what I might have to sacrifice to be rich.

Take a deep breath.

Now rate the intensity of the following phrase again: “I’m afraid I won’t know who I am anymore when I’m rich.”

Keep tapping on whatever comes up for you around this until you have brought it down to at least a 2 and then do the following positive tapping round.

Karate Chop:

Even though there’s still uncertainty around what the future holds when I am rich, I choose to relax and know that I will be safe when it changes.

Even though I’m still worried about how much my life will change when I have lots of money, I choose to stay open and excited about the possibilities.

Even though I won’t know who I am anymore when I’m rich, I deeply and completely love and accept who I am and how I feel.

Eyebrow: I still feel uncertain about how different things will be when I’m rich.

Outside Eye: And I still don’t feel safe with such a big change.

Under Eye: I choose to stay open to all the wonderful changes that will come with it.

Under Nose: I’m excited about all the good things that will come with money.

Chin: And I’m willing to embrace a new me to realize financial freedom

Collar Bone: The truth is, there are lots of good things that will come with money.

Under Arm: And I’m excited about experiencing those things.

Top of Head: I won’t change when I have money

Eyebrow: Just certain aspects of my life will change

Outside Eye: And I’ll be free to live the life I’ve always dreamed.

Under Eye: Now that’s really something to look forward to.

Under Nose: I choose to feel safe and secure with becoming wealthy.

Chin: Even if my whole life is going to change.

Collar Bone: It doesn’t mean I have to.

Under Arm: I’ll be the same person, just richer!

Top of Head: That sounds really cool.

Eyebrow: I’m ready to be the same person, only richer!

Outside Eye: How much fun will that be?

Under Eye: And I choose to know it is safe for me to be rich.

Under Nose: And if some people don’t like it, that’s their problem.

Chin: I can’t please everybody all the time, and my main priority is me.

Collar Bone: I choose to feel safe with a complete change in my life.

Under Arm: In fact, I’m going to have so much fun when I’m rich.

Top of Head: And I’m excited about making a difference in the lives of others when I have lots of money!

Take a deep breath.

Again rate the intensity of the phrase: “I’m afraid I won’t know who I am anymore when I’m rich.”

You will find you feel a lot lighter about money and being wealthy. Keep tapping on all the emotions and belief systems around this issue until you feel completely at ease with the changes that will happen in your life when you have lots of money.

You Deserve To Have More Fun

Do you ever feel like you’re on a never ending Ferris Wheel with an exhausting revolution of eat, sleep, work and stress, trying to keep with the endless list of ‘have to’s’ and trying to meet everybody elses’ expectations? Do you feel overwhelmed by responsibility?  What ever happened to actually living? Having some ‘you’ time? Fun? Laughter? How long ago was it that you really got to relax and have fun?

If you feel like this, then you are not alone. Most of the population feel trapped on this endless monotonous spinning wheel, often not knowing how they even got there, let alone how they’re ever going to get off.

Societies expectations drive us to outcomes that may not actually be what we really want, but by default we have been led to believe that being part of the ‘norm’ will make us happy. How many people do you know who are living the ‘norm’ who are truly happy and satisfied with their lives? If you can name one person, I will congratulate you.

In my experience, it is only those people who have the courage to jump off that spinning Ferris Wheel and go against societies expectations who ever really get the opportunity to realize fulfilment and lasting happiness. I’m not about to tell you it will be a soft landing if you do decide to jump either. However, there is no challenge that you cannot overcome, the trick is to believe that you deserve to be happy, successful and fulfilled doing whatever it is that you want to do.

So today I am sharing with you a new EFT tapping sequence to help you to develop that belief within yourself. You see, the moment you believe you deserve to have fun, you will naturally allow yourself to have more fun and more situations will eventuate that will be naturally enjoyable. You will also find that many of those situations that you previously found mundane or even frustration, you will start to enjoy more and smile more at the little annoyances that crop up. Yes, it is possible to genuinely smile in the face of frustration and irritation. It’s called lightening up and not taking everything so seriously.

Firstly, repeat the statement “I deserve to relax and enjoy myself and have fun”. Now rate how true that statement feels for you on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being it’s not true at all and 10 being the most true it could be for you.

And now follow this tapping sequence.

Karate Chop Point:

Even though I never have any time to relax and have fun, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I am overwhelmed with responsibilities and never have time to enjoy myself, I choose to love and accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though my life is too stressful and there is no way I could possible find time to have any fun, I choose to love and accept myself anyway.

Eyebrow:   I have too much to do and not enough time.
Outside Eye:   My life is so full of responsibility & stuff to do
Under Eye:   I never have any time to have fun
Under Nose:   There’s no way I could ever possibly enjoy myself
Chin:   I don’t deserve to have fun, I have too much to do.
Collar Bone:   It would be so nice to just relax and have a laugh
Under Arm:   But I don’t have any time for that
Top of Head:   There’s always too much to do and never enough time

Eyebrow:   I’m so tired of all this responsibility and stress
Outside Eye:   When did my life become so busy?
Under Eye:   I didn’t expect life to be this complicated.
Under Nose:   I don’t even remember when it stopped being fun.
Chin:   I would really like to relax and really enjoy life more
Collar Bone:   When to I get to actually LIVE?
Under Arm:   I feel so overwhelmed with responsibility
Top of Head:   And there’s never enough time for me to relax and really let my hair down.

Eyebrow:   Life is just too busy and that’s the way it’s supposed to be
Outside Eye:   At least, that’s what I learnt when I was a child
Under Eye:   Life is supposed to be a struggle with no time for fun
Under Nose:   And I don’t deserve to actually enjoy myself
Chin:   It would be so nice to just be able to relax and let go for a change
Collar Bone:   But that’s never going to happen for me
Under Arm:   I have too much to do and never enough time
Top of Head:   Life is supposed to be a struggle, and I know because I’ve proved it over and over, and I’m still proving it!

Take a slow, deep breath and again repeat the phrase “I deserve to relax and enjoy myself and have fun”. Rate how true that statement feels for you on a scale of 0 to 10. The number should have improved at least a little bit.

Now do some more in depth inquiry into why you don’t have fun and why you feel you don’t deserve to. Have a look over the previous tapping phrases again and pull out the ones that are most true for you. How do you feel about deserving to have fun? Life being a struggle? Being able to relax? And think about why you would feel that you are undeserving? How did your parents feel about having fun? Were they constantly working, struggling, stressing out and never having fun? How did they respond when you were having fun?

If you aren’t having fun in your life then you have a program in your subconscious that says it’s not safe, or you don’t deserve to, or it’s not right, etc. And whatever it is, IT’S A LIE! Your task is to uncover the belief around this that is stopping you from having fun and dissolve it. Just think if the whole world was having more fun what a different place it would be.

So, once you have gotten the rating around the phrase “I deserve relax and enjoy myself and have fun” up to at least an 8, try the positive tapping round below and notice how different you feel.

Karate Chop Point:
Even though I don’t give myself permission to have fun, I choose to know in every fibre and cell of my being that I deserve to relax and enjoy myself.

Even though I have all these responsibilities and no time for fun, I deeply and completely accept myself and am open to enjoying my life more and having more fun.

Even though I’ve not allowed myself to have fun for years, I choose to open up to having more time to be frivolous and enjoy my life from this point on.

Eyebrow:   I choose to believe that I deserve to relax and have fun
Outside Eye:   I choose to trust that everything is working out perfectly and I don’t have to worry so much anymore.
Under Eye:   I choose to give myself permission to relax and have more fun.
Under Nose:   I choose to believe in my physical being and my etheric being that I deserve to have more fun and freedom in my life.
Chin:   I choose to believe in every fibre and cell of my being that I deserve to have more time for me to have more joy.
Collar Bone:   I love having fun with family and friends
Under Arm:   I love to laugh
Top of Head:   I choose to release myself from all the anxiety and seriousness around my responsibilities.

Eyebrow:   I love lightening up and being amused by the situations I find myself in.
Outside Eye:   I love knowing that the more I release my anxiety, the better I am at finding solutions to challenges.
Under Eye:   I choose to believe in my physical being and my etheric being that I deserve to have more fun and freedom in my life
Under Nose:   I give myself permission to enjoy my life in all ways and have more fun.
Chin:   I choose to stop taking life so seriously and to see the light side of everything
Collar Bone:   I love finding more opportunities to relax and enjoy myself with friends and family
Under Arm:   I already feel lighter and brighter about my future
Top of Head:   I love knowing that I deserve to relax and have fun and enjoy all areas of my life.

Just because you see the lighter side of life doesn’t mean you will abandon your responsibilities, however you will find you are more creative and less likely to get overwhelmed with stress and anxiety about various aspects of your day to day responsibilities. To be honest, most of what we worry about either never eventuates or is not nearly as desperate as we imagine.

And remember, if you want to see real lasting results, you will need to keep tapping on various belief systems, including these ones consistently. And if you do, you will quite quickly see your life transform and magic will happen.

Do You Suffer From The Silent Success Killer?

There are many traits that go to creating success, and hundreds, if not thousands of experts who will gladly tell you what they are.

There are also dozens of theories, many of them similar and each with their merits, about what the subconscious blocks are to success. They are many and varied and most people have a number of them that need to be cleared before they can move forward to achieve the success they deserve.

However, there is one that often goes unexplored that I want to look at closely today. It destroys relationships, careers, health, hope and is even one of the underlying causes of most, if not all suicide. This insidious fiend is powerlessness.

Powerlessness takes away hope and destroys lives. It stops people from even trying to change their situation. Ask yourself if you have any areas in your life that you feel powerless. Finances? Career? Relationship? Health? Do you feel at the mercy of other people or your situation? A sense of hopelessness that makes you feel like you have no control over that area of your life what-so-ever?

Of course, control is just an illusion. We live in a global community and people, situations and events will happen that will definitely impact on our lives, this is inevitable. But what we can control is how we respond and use each circumstance as an opportunity to be the best we can be and turn any situation into a blessing.

We are never powerless, no matter what the circumstance. We always have a choice, even when things seem hopeless we can choose who we are going to be and what we are going to do to alter the nature of the final outcome.

Even for those facing terminal illness, today there are hundreds of alternative treatments and therapies available that create miracle cures for people everyday, and if not, then finding a way to approach your final months / weeks / days with acceptance and peace could turn the transition into an event filled with grace. As improbable as that sounds, there are numerous cultures that celebrate the transition from this life to eternal life. After all, as Byron Katie says, ‘We are all on the way out’! Nothing else is more certain than our inevitable passing from this life as we know it.

What we fail to see is just how powerful we truly are. The super successful have not risen to dizzy heights because they didn’t have any challenges or set backs. They have gotten to where they are because they saw each challenge as an opportunity to learn, grow, enrich their experience and be even more successful because of it.

You are infinitely powerful, and if you feel powerless it is because you have been led to believe that you are at the mercy of your environment, your circumstances or other people. It’s time to take back your power and show the world that you will not allow outside circumstances to hold you back. Decide there is nothing that will stop you from achieving your goals and dreams. See each hurdle as an invitation to grow. Harness your energy, your resourcefulness, your creativity, your irrepressible nature. Decide to BE UNSTOPPABLE!!!!

Own your magnificence and your power and nothing will be able to keep you from happiness and success.

Choose one area of your life that isn’t going the way you would like it to.

Make the statement: “I feel powerless to change this situation” and rate how true that is for you on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being not true at all and 10 being the most true it could possible be.

Now tap along with the following tapping script. If you have phrases that you feel would be more appropriate for you, then replace the ones I have here with those. These are just a guide to get you on the right track.

Karate Chop:

Even though I feel completely powerless to change this situation, I deeply and completely love and accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I have this overwhelming sense of hopelessness about this area of my life, I choose to honour how I feel and know that there is a solution to my problem.

Even though I feel this deep sense of powerlessness, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and choose to be open to new ideas for a solution.

Eye Brow: I feel this deep sense of powerlessness

Outside Eye: I have no control over this situation

Under Eye: There is nothing I can do to change it

Under Nose: I just have to put up with it and make the best of it

Chin: It’s really hopeless, there’s no way to make this any different

Collar Bone: I’ve completely run out of choices, I just have to wear it

Under Arm: I am totally at the mercy of my situation

Top of The Head: I feel completely and utterly powerless

Eye Brow: Nobody who has ever been in this situation has ever changed it

Outside Eye: And I’m probably the only one who has ever experienced this anyway

Under Eye: I just don’t have what it takes to change this situation

Under Nose: Actually, I’m sure somebody has experienced this before

Chin: And there may have even been somebody who turned it around

Collar Bone: But there’s no way I can change it

Under Arm: I’ve got nothing left to give

Top of Head: What if I could find a solution?

Eye Brow: There must be a solution to this situation

Outside Eye: I just haven’t found it yet

Under Eye: It would be nice to feel some hope about changing this

Under Nose: I gave up to easily

Collar Bone: I choose to be open to the possibility of finding a solution

Under Arm: I choose to know there is a great solution out there for me to this situation

Top of Head: I love feeling hopeful and knowing I have the power to change this situation

Take a deep breath and again make the statement. “I feel powerless to change this situation” and rate it on a scale of 0 to 10.

Keep tapping using these phrases and other ones that you feel are appropriate for you until you bring the rating down to a 1 or a zero. You will probably need to tap on this every few days until you feel a permanent and powerful shift toward your creative and powerful self.

Success Is Waiting For You, So What Are You Waiting For?

Does achieving your goals and dreams seem a million light years away? If so, do any of these sound familiar?

“I don’t have enough time”
“I don’t have enough money”
“I don’t know where to start”
“I don’t have enough support”
“I don’t have the resources”
“I’m too stressed”
“My family takes up too much of my time”
“The market conditions aren’t right yet”
“There’s too much uncertainty in the world”
“It’s all too hard”

Excuses, excuses. Whatever the reason you believe is preventing you from living the life you truly deserve, it’s just an excuse and your own belief systems holding you back. They are just your way of justifying to yourself why you haven’t succeeded, and you are disempowering yourself by holding onto them.

It doesn’t matter where you are right now or what your circumstances are. What are 5 things you can do today, however small, to get you a little bit closer to where you want to be?

Of course, I know you want to get from where you are now, to where you want to be in one very fast quantum leap. Boy, do I get that. But if you keep waiting for that quantum leap opportunity to arise, you will never, ever bridge that gap to your ideal life.

You must start, wherever you are, and take one small step after the other. Soon those small steps will grow to larger ones and in a relatively short time you will be running head long to your destination.

Life isn’t about how fast you get to where you want to go, but that you take positive steps in the right direction every day to get you there. Another day making excuses is another day wasted that doesn’t get you any closer to your goal.

If you don’t have enough money and time now, and you do nothing to change that, you will never have enough money and time.

YOU MUST DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING, TO CHANGE IT!
GET SERIOUS, OR GO HOME!

Magic happens all the time, it’s everywhere, but only when you take action, invite it in and give it the space to arrive. Be creative! Be innovative! Be resourceful! You can do it, and you must, because if you don’t, nobody else is going to!

Stop justifying your lack of action through excuses, and write down 5 things right now you can do to get closer to your goal today. They don’t have to be big, but you must actually do them! Do this consistently every single day and very soon your life as you know it now will be history and you will be well on your way to achieving your goals.

Sometimes progress will seem numbingly slow, and other times you will feel like you’re on a magic carpet ride being carried along with a momentum that has taken on a life all of it’s own. As long as you are moving in the right direction, just keep moving!

The Most Important Element of Sound Healing

Sound has the power to create, to destroy and to heal.

There are many different forms of sound healing. The sound can be made electronically, using different musical instruments, sonic instruments as in ultrasound, various types of music, crystal and Tibetan bowls, the human voice, and the sound of nature has an incredibly powerful healing effect, as well as other sound making devices that have been seen to be effective.

The most important element that appears to have the greatest influence on just how effective the healing that transpires from the sound is the intention behind it. For example, a test was done on a recording of the sound of the ocean breaking on the shore. The sound was first recorded on it’s own. Then a group of experienced meditators were brought to the location and asked to meditate on peace and love whilst the sound was again recorded. Finally the same group was asked to think of things that made them feel angry and fearful whilst the sound was recorded.

Each of the recordings sounded the same, the soothing sound of the ocean breaking on the shore. However, when each of these recordings was played back to another group of people who were unaware of the study being conducted, it was found that the sound on it’s own had a positive effect on the body, the second had an even more positive influence, and the third had a detrimental affect.

There have been other studies done that have similarly shown that simply through the power of focused intent, sound can have an extraordinarily positive and powerful healing effect physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

It is believed this is part of the reason why the human voice is considered the most powerful healing tool on the planet. As it is built within us, and consequently it has a direct connection with our higher consciousness and when we focus our healing intention as we sound, the power of the intention is multiplied many times.

For each and every individual, our own voice is our most powerful healing tool as its resonance is specifically attuned to our unique frequency and therefore has the greatest affect for restoring harmony and balance.

By regularly taking the time to ‘tune into’ your own unique resonance, and using exercises such as toning whilst making a strong intention to restore balance, you can bring harmony back to your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and maintain a state of good health all of your life.

The Missing Link to Happiness, Success & Abundance

As the search for greater success and more money gathers momentum, more and more people are realizing that these alone are not going to bring them the ultimate goal of fulfillment and happiness as has previously been believed. As dissatisfaction grows in spite of many of us acquiring more and more stuff, the truth is dawning for many that something is missing. However, having said that, neither are happiness and success mutually exclusive.

In fact, long term happiness and success are complimentary and can be achieved simultaneously, when they are sought with the right intention and in the right way.

The missing link that many people have overlooked in their pursuit of happiness or success, or both, is personal development. Most seek to change their external world in the belief that will bring fulfillment of their dreams. In fact the opposite is true.

Your external world is a direct reflection of your internal world and the latter will shift when the former does. If you seek to reverse the order of this Universal Law, any success will be short lived and you will soon find yourself right back where you started, or even worse off than before. This is why 80% of people who win large sums of money lose it, and often more, within 2 years.

If, however, you take the path to happiness and success via the internal journey of self discovery and personal growth, the riches you will acquire will be far more than you ever imagined, including financially. This is not the easy route, but it is the only way to realize long lasting wealth, happiness and freedom.

And personal growth, though it can get grueling at times when seeking to change life times of belief systems and habits firmly embedded in the human psyche, does not have to be devoid of fun. In fact, the more fun you can incorporate into your personal development, the more motivated you will be to stick to the path. You will have to face some of your deepest darkest fears, and yet even these fleeting moments can be made easier through the use of various techniques and strategies and an en-light-ened approach.

Two of the most effective, versatile and fun techniques I have discovered are EFT and Sound Healing. Both of these methods are not only very powerful, but you can also have a lot of fun with them when you know how.

We take life way to seriously. And though it has a serious side and we must take responsibility for what we have created in our lives, by seeing the humor in everything, we lift our vibration to a level that transmutes catastrophe into miracle, and where we transform into joyful, awakened souls.

So before chasing material wealth, seek a more enlightened state of awareness through an inner journey of personal growth, and life will take on a whole new meaning filled with laughter, happiness, abundance of spirit and financial wealth and freedom.

Most people aren’t aware that in order to produce milk, dairy cows are kept almost continually pregnant. Unwanted calves (known as ‘bobby calves’) are sent to slaughter in their first week of life so that milk can be harvested for human consumption. Unknown to most consumers, the dairy industry continues to cut costs at the expense of animals. Right now they want to make it legal to deny calves food for the last 30 hours of their lives.

Money plays a vitally important role in our lives today. Whether we like it or not, it is essential for our very survival. And yet at the same time our misunderstanding of it is destroying us.

It makes and breaks nations. It causes and funds wars. It creates and destroys dreams. It can be all consuming if we don’t have enough of it. It is the number one reason for the failure of relationships. And we are responsible for having given it this power in our lives. There is no use fighting it, money rules the world and it rules our lives, but only because we let it.
