What if you could love yourself unconditionally? How would your life be transformed? How would your relationships be transformed?
Loving yourself is the ultimate key to your freedom as it is the condition that underlies your feelings of self-worth, the quality of your relationships with yourself and others, your level of success, your depth of happiness, your health and wellbeing, and pretty much every other aspect of your life.
If you find that a little hard to swallow, just imagine loving yourself no matter what. How would your feelings about yourself change? How would your behaviour change? Where would your feelings of self-worth be? How would those things affect each area of your life?
Love is the very essence of who we are, and once we reconnect with that unconditionally, every negative feeling, behaviour, condition or event in our lives pales into insignificance. It does not mean that we will not experience difficult times, but they will no longer define who we are because we will be in love with all of it. Hard to imagine isn’t it?
Well, using the following EFT sequence regularly will help you to move more and more into a state of unconditional love for yourself and others.
First, rate the following statement on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being it is not true for you at all and 10 being that it is 100% true: “I completely love every part of myself and my life unconditionally.”
Unlike most of the set up statements I use, this time the desired outcome is to get as close to 10 as possible, not zero.
Now use the following EFT phrase to increase the rating.
Set Up
Karate Chop:
Even though I can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally, I deeply and completely accept who I am and how I feel.
Even though I have too many faults and imperfections to be truly loveable, I choose to accept myself as I am right now.
Even though someone like me doesn’t deserve to be loved unconditionally, I profoundly accept myself anyway.
Eyebrow: I really can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally
Outside Eye: I have too many imperfections
Under Eye: I could never be good enough to deserve unconditional love
Under Nose: Unconditional love isn’t for people like me

Top of Head: I have never done anything to deserve being loved unconditionally, even by me.
Take a deep breath and go back and rate the statement “I completely love every part of myself and my life unconditionally.” It should have shifted a bit. Now, regardless of where that rating is, proceed to the positive tapping round.
NB: I have used the word God in the following sequence, however, I am aware that some people are not comfortable using this word as there may be a negative feeling around it for some. If it doesn’t work for you, then please use any word that works for you – e.g. Divine, Source, Universe, Universal Energy, etc.

Even though I still can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally, I choose to be open to the possibility that I am loveable.
Even though I don’t believe I deserve unconditional love, I am willing to consider the possibility that I could love myself more than I do now.
Even though unconditional love needs to be earned, and I am not good enough, I choose to be open to embracing new possibilities about loving myself unconditionally.
Eyebrow: God / Source / The Universe loves me unconditionally
Outside Eye: I’m a pretty good person when it comes down to it
Under Eye: Maybe I’ve been judging myself too harshly
Under Nose: What if I don’t have to earn unconditional love
Chin: It would be nice if I could love myself no matter what
Collar Bone: It would be nice if love didn’t depend on what I did
Under Arm: What if real love isn’t judgemental or conditional
Top of Head: And what if I could just allow myself to be loved like that?
Eyebrow: Better still, what if I could love myself like that?
Outside Eye: I wonder if it’s possible to love myself unconditionally?
Under eye: I don’t have to earn God’s love
Under Nose: So it doesn’t make sense that I have to earn my love.
Chin: What if I could just love all of my imperfections

Eyebrow: Because the truth is there is nothing I can do that would make me unlove-able.

Under Arm: So I choose to embrace and love all of me including my imperfections.
Top of Head: I love feeling unconditional love for myself, just like God / Source / The Divine does.
Take a breath and rate the statement “I completely love every part of myself and my life unconditionally.” Keep using this tapping sequence every day for 2 weeks and notice how differently you feel about yourself and how it redefines your relationships with others. Other people will start to respond to you differently. The people in our lives can only reflect how we feel about ourselves.
Use this theme on a regular basis for your tapping and notice how your heart begins to open and your relationships change, including your relationship with yourself.

Money Can Buy Happiness
That’s right! I am going to go against the trend and tell you that the age old belief that ‘Money can’t buy happiness’ is a myth and you need to vanquish it from your memory and your programming forever.
The obvious argument for the original statement that ‘money can’t buy happiness’ is clear. Happiness comes from within, and there are plenty of wealthy and successful people who are unfulfilled and desperately unhappy. I am not disputing that for a second.
And I’m not talking about being able to buy more ‘stuff’ that will make you happy. This is a recipe for disaster and will pretty much guarantee failure in your pursuit of happiness as more stuff is simply another distraction from what you really need which is personal fulfilment on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
My position in this debate is this: it’s not that money can’t buy happiness, but that money doesn’t necessarily buy you happiness. Money can most definitely buy you happiness when you are spending it wisely in ways that will help you to rediscover happiness.
Happiness is a state of being that exists within us regardless of our situation, it’s just that more often than not it has paled into insignificance because of all the stress, worry, anger, fear, frustration, sadness, guilt, shame, overwhelm, etc, etc, etc. It’s not that we aren’t happy, it’s just that the happiness has been swamped by a multitude of other negative emotions. The happiness is still inside us waiting to rise above all the other conditions.
So, if this is true, how can money buy happiness?
Well, what is the best way to release all your negative emotions to rediscover your true inner peace and happiness? Healing, personal development and reconnecting with who you truly are!
And what is almost essential to help you experience the most powerful form of healing and personal development? Money!
Sure, we all have within us everything we need to be our beautiful, magnificent, awesomeness and share it with the world. However, in my experience, it can be almost impossible to raise your head out of the emotional quagmire to be able to reach that place inside on your own. Having someone to guide you to that place inside of you and help you release all the other crap is so much more effective and efficient.
And there are plenty of incredible healers and specialists available who have made it their life’s work to do just that. The fact of the matter is that they charge money for their services, and rightly so. And the more well known they are, the more money they charge.
It’s important to note that just because they are more well known, doesn’t mean they are necessarily the best. It just means they have marketed themselves more effectively to be seen as the expert.
Money will also give you the time freedom you need to be able to spend it focusing on your healing and personal development to realize true and lasting happiness.
And if you have money, you can invest it in acquiring the tools, information and resources you require to live a life of purpose, passion and fulfilment.
So in fact, money will never be the source of your happiness. Having a constant in flow of money will help you feel financially secure, but it is the way you utilise the money that will ultimately assist you in rediscovering your true state of joy and happiness.
Money is a tool that gives you access to everything you need to engage in a fulfilling and satisfying life. So do whatever you can to eliminate your negative belief systems around money. It’s time you gave yourself permission to be successful and wealthy and do whatever you came here to do so the rest of the world can benefit!

Do you find yourself rolling from one challenge to the next? Do you feel like nothing ever works for you? Are you fed up with having something to wrong every time you turn a corner?
Welcome to life my friend! Life is a continuous cycle of challenges and problems to solve. And successful people are not immune to this. In fact, the more successful you become, the bigger and more frequent the challenges become. The difference is successful people are great at finding solutions and don’t get stuck in the problem.
And fortunately, as you become more successful, the quality of the problems improves. Instead of worrying about how you are going to feed your family, your questioning how you can make a bigger profit. Or how you can turn what seems like adverse business conditions to your advantage.
I apologize if you are offended by mild profanity, but the truth is, ‘Shit Happens’. It always has and it always will. There are only two variables:
- How deep the shit is.
- How adept and creative you are at finding a solution to the shit.
The Universe will never throw anything at you that you can’t handle. And honestly, sometimes life really sucks. The question is what are you going to do about it? If you are intent on staying focused on the problem complaining that nothing ever works for you and blaming the situation or person for your predicament, then your life will be an endless cycle of struggle, frustration and pain.
On the other hand, if you are determined to become creative and resourceful and be solution focused, you will find life a very rewarding, exhilarating experience, and you will travel from one success to the next with a sense of eagerness and excitement. As you get better at solving problems, you may even start to enjoy them and how they bring out the best in you. You learn far more from your challenges than you do from the times in your life that are easy. Although, we all benefit from those too. Everybody needs a break right!
On the one hand we have been programmed to believe that life wasn’t meant to be easy, and on the other we have this unrealistic expectation that at some point all the challenges will stop coming and life will be just smooth sailing.
The reality is shit will continue to happen. That’s a fact. And you can choose to see life as an endless struggle and stay stuck, frustrated and overwhelmed, or you can see it as your construction site where things don’t always go the way you want them to and you need to adjust your plans accordingly and find solutions so you can build the life you truly desire.
A problem is only a problem when you can’t find a solution. And there is a solution for every problem. When you take this approach, the truth is, you can’t have any problems, you just need to get good at finding solutions. There is nothing more empowering than trusting in your ability to be able to solve any challenge that comes your way. When you take this mental approach, your challenges become opportunities.
I have created an EFT tapping sequence to help you release the frustration and overwhelm associated with seeing life as one big challenge and accept that ‘shit happens’, so you can move forward confidently and become a good problem solver.
Firstly, rate this statement on a scale of 0 (meaning it’s not true for you) and 10 (meaning it’s really intense for you).

Take a deep breath. Now go back and rate that statement: “I’m tired of having all this shit happen in my life”. Keep tapping on these phrases, or ones that are more appropriate for you, until you have brought the rating down to a two or below and then continue on to the positive tapping round.

Even though I still feel frustrated and overwhelmed by all the shit happening in my life, I choose to focus more on solutions than on the problems.
Even though I’m tired of my life being an endless series of problems, I choose to focus on finding solutions to the various problems that arise.
Even though I still want my life to be easier without all these problems, I choose to accept that sometimes shit happens and to find positive solutions when it does.
Eyebrow: I still feel overwhelmed and frustrated
Outside Eye: It’s really depressing to think life is made up of problems
Under Eye: I can’t just accept that this is the way life is

Keep tapping until you feel confident that you are able to find solutions to any problems that come to you. And in the future, when shit happens, just start tapping so you can stop being overwhelmed by the problem and get on with finding a solution.

10 Tips for Making 2012 Great
Most people have given up on, or conveniently forgotten their NY resolutions by the 15th of January each year. How are you going with yours? If you have given up in resignation, or if you didn’t make any resolutions because you have not stuck to them before, it’s never too late to re-affirm your commitment and start again.
Here are some tips to keep you inspired to achieve your goals this year:
- Identify what area of your life you really want to improve and get really clear about how you want it look. Be very specific about where you are now and where you want to be.
- Focus on just one or two major goals for the year. It’s better to achieve one or two things that will really make a difference to your life than make lots of goals and never reach any of them.
- Make your goals achievable – It’s great to challenge yourself, but if you bite off more than you can chew, then your probably never going to get started, or will give up quickly, because the reality of it is so overwhelming.
- Form them in a way that is inspiring for you. e.g. If you want to lose weight, don’t just state “I want to lose 5kg”. This is not very inspiring. Find a favorite outfit / piece of clothing, in your wardrobe that you haven’t been able to fit into and make it your goal to fit into it by a particular date. Or have a particular event in mind and make your goal to wow your friends at the event in a new outfit. Or wearing your swim suit during summer with confidence. I think you get the idea.
- Chunk your goals down into shorter term goals. e.g. 12 months, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, 1 week, 1 day.
- Write all your goals down and keep them in a place where you can see them and remind yourself of what you are committed to achieving this year. This is even better if done as a vision board.
- Identify what new habits you need to adopt to get you there and keep you there.
- Uncover and let go of whatever belief systems have been blocking you from achieving this in the past. You will have to if you want real change.
- Review your goals regularly and adjust them as you need to.
- Get a coach or somebody whom you are accountable to and report to them on a pre-arranged regular basis and make sure they are not going to allow you to make excuses and let you off the hook. Accountability is key to your success at achieving anything.
Anthony Robbins says there is the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. Which do you choose to experience this year?
You Must Break The Rules If You Want To Succeed
From the time we are introduced to this world, we are taught to conform. We are rewarded by the people who are the most influential in our lives if we adopt their way of thinking, the patterns of behaviour they exhibit, their judgements, values, ideals, etc.
We are over regulated with rules within rules within rules that are designed to control our behaviour and make us into good little conformists, so people, authorities and governments know what to expect from us and they don’t receive any nasty little surprises by having us actually challenge their way of thinking, feeling or being in the world.
We are conditioned to fear thinking and behaving differently because there are “consequences”. Most of us don’t even understand consciously what these apparent consequences might be, it’s just inherited thinking that they are there, threatening any innate desire we might have to explore new realms and possibilities and ways of being in the world.
Sadly, most of us aren’t taught to think for ourselves, but adopt the thinking of others who have survived with their way of thinking and believe that it is in your best interests to think and act the way they do. We develop physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually through modelling.
And we also adopt their dysfunction and limitations as well. Largely we become carbon copies of the people in our environment. Instead of being encouraged to think for ourselves and discern what works for us and become individuals free to express our own unique brilliance in the world, we are largely punished for ‘breaking the mold’ and becoming our own person.
It is possible to break free of this conditioning. It was said by a close relative that Steve Jobs “Didn’t think the rules applied to him”. And he expressed himself in a way that redefined the way we live today by not allowing everybody else’s definition of possible and impossible to influence his thinking. It also meant he could be anti-social and fly in the face of authority against regulations that are put there actually to protect us, not just to control us. It’s smart to play by the rules that serve us, and be ready to break down and reject those that don’t.
All the leaders, inventors and super successful people in the world have, in one way or another, found a way to break out of conformity and break the rules that don’t serve their purpose.
Leading edge innovative organizations like Apple, Google, Facebook, IBM, Microsoft, Virgin, Nintendo and many other technology based companies have transformed many aspects of our lives and actually altered our behavior through their audaciousness and refusing to be captured within the web of the structured systems we hold onto so vigorously.
Obviously, it is in our best interests to be respectful of those around us and behave in a way that does not threaten the well being of any living creature. But there are many rules, many of them unwritten, and secretly passed down to you through generations of compliant people who don’t dare to challenge the system, that are begging to be broken, and must be broken, if you are to succeed.
Below is an EFT tapping sequence that will help you to break free of limitations adopted during your earliest years through conditioning and not be frightened to break the rules that are holding you back from being the best you can be and living to your full potential.

I it has come down to a 2 or below then move onto the positive tapping round. Otherwise, keep tapping with these phrases or ones that you feel are more appropriate for you and your situation, until it’s come down to a 2 or below before progressing.

And if you do fly in the face of convention, you are going to experience resistance from all over the place from people who truly believe they have your best interests at heart by bringing you back to where they are. The question is do you really want to be where they are? Has it been working for you so far? What do you really want out of life?
Would you prefer to live as an under achiever like the people you have modelled, or would you prefer to be a Steve Jobs, Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, breaking convention and living to their full potential and making the world a better place?
It’s your choice!
Stop Allowing ‘Your Story’ To Determine Your Level of Success
Byron Katie is a fabulous enlightened soul, teacher, transformation specialist and just a beautiful soul who guides people out of their suffering by helping them to let go of their story.
According to Katie, as she is affectionately called, all suffering is created by our thoughts. There is nothing outside of us that can ‘make’ us feel anything. We choose how we feel according to what we think about a person situation, or set of circumstances in our lives. And that person or situation is actually presented to us to highlight to us the thoughts we are thinking that is creating our suffering so we can let go of them and move into a heightened state of enlightenment.
According to what you have been taught and told by others in your life, you have made critical judgements about yourself and your environment that have shaped who you are today. You have been programmed to think, feel and react to your environment in a particular way and you do this totally on autopilot. It’s like you have no free will what-so-ever. That is, until you see how beautifully designed the whole game is and you can choose to let go of your story about yourself and your environment.
Our judgements and expectations of life, of ourselves and of others is what creates our discomfort. Once we let go of these judgements and expectations we are free to experience everything for what it is, just an event, or a person, or a thing. Nothing is sent to make us miserable. Everything is attracted to us to help us to grow and reconnect with the omnipotent source, whatever you believe that to be: God / The Universe / Higher Consciousness / The Divine / Source / etc.
We behave the way we are conditioned to behave through years of programming from all the people and influences in our environment. And you can modify your behaviour through recognising whatever is holding you back and reprogramming your subconscious.
Who decides who you are and what life you live? You do! And if you don’t like what you are seeing, or experiencing, then you, and you alone, have the power to change it. And it’s not necessarily about changing the external circumstances, but your response to them.
Certainly sometimes it takes removing ourselves from a particular set of circumstances to set things right, but once we let go of our attachment to our feelings about those circumstances, we are more empowered to change them instead of reacting poorly to the situation and often making it even worse.
For example, if you have defined yourself as unsuccessful, a failure, not good enough, not smart enough, not pretty enough, not deserving, etc, then you will continue to live these definitions out in your everyday life. And these are just untruths that you are allowing to determine your results. Once you decide to be let go of those definitions you are free to be, do and have anything you want, and redefine yourself as many times as you like.
The truth is there is nothing that defines you or limits you, except you and whatever conditioning you are holding onto. You are a limitless being with infinite power and potential. And it’s time you started to discover the truth of who you truly are.
So here is a tapping sequence that will help you to let go of your identity as ‘unsuccessful’. You can use this same methodology with any definition you have about yourself regarding health, wealth, career, relationships, or anything else you are not happy with in your life. This will give you an idea of how to go about it.
Start by rating this statement on a scale of 0 to 10. 0 being that it’s not true for you at all and 10 being the most true it could possibly be for you:
“I am never going to be successful because that’s not who I am.”
And now use the following EFT Tapping Sequence. I have picked a bunch of phrases to work with, but you can add any that pertain to you because there are hundreds of other possibilities of things you think about yourself that will hold you back from being successful. Find them and release them, because you deserve to be free from this perpetual cycle of sabotage that plagues almost every person I have ever met and worked with.
Setup Up Phrase
Karate Chop:
Even though I’ve decided that I’m not successful so I don’t act like a successful person I choose to forgive myself anyway
Even though I have defined myself according to all my old conditioning that I’m not successful & never will be, I choose to love and accept myself anyway
Even though I don’t behave like a successful person, because I’ve defined myself according to all my past results and conditioning, I deeply and completely love and accept all of me.
Eyebrow: All my life I’ve been letting myself down
Outside Eye: By being attached to all my old results
Under Eye: And being attached to my story
Under Nose: All my reasons not to be successful
Chin: Who am I to be successful & have all my dreams come true
Collar Bone: I don’t have what it takes to be successful
Under Arm: I’m not disciplined enough
Top of Head: I’m don’t have the knowledge or education
Eyebrow: I’m not smart enough
Outside Eye: I’m too lazy
Under Eye: I not strong enough
Under Nose: I can’t take the heat
Chin: I have dozens of reasons why I can’t be successful
Collar Bone: I’m just not destined to be successful
Top of the Head: I’ve proven it over and over again
Eyebrow: It’s written in the stars
Outside Eye: I’m really attached to this definition of myself
Under Eye: I have failed so many times that I’m convinced I’m a failure
Under Nose: Success isn’t everything
Chin: Success is over rated anyway
Collar Bone: It’s so much easier, less painful and less stressful to be mediocre
Under arm: Every time I try to succeed I just get disappointed
Top of Head: I’m positive I’ll never be successful because that’s not who I am
Now go back and rate that statement: “I am never going to be successful because that’s not who I am” on a scale of 0 to 10. Keep repeating this line of tapping either with these phrases or others that work better for you, until you have the rating down to at least a 2, then move onto the positive tapping round below.
Set Up Phrase
Karate Chop Point:
Even though I’m still convinced I’m never going to be a successful person, I’m willing to be open to new possibilities about my potential.
Even though I have proven over and over that I’m not destined to be successful, I’m ready to step into my true power and leave behind all the old conditioning that doesn’t serve me.
Even though I have never succeeded at achieving what I really want in the past, I choose to entertain the possibility that it’s because of old programming and to release whatever is holding me back so I can be successful in every area of my life.
Eyebrow: I know that my results are determined by my subconscious mind
Outside Eye: And I choose to know that I am capable
Under Eye: Of achieving anything I set my mind to
Under Nose: I choose to modify my behavior
Chin: To model successful people
Collar Bone: I resolve to do whatever it takes to be successful
Under Arm: I release myself from all attachment to the results of my past
Top of Head: And know that they don’t define me
Eyebrow: All limitations are just part of my old conditioning
Outside Eye: I choose to know I am limitless and powerful
Under Eye: And I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to

Again rate the statement “I am never going to be successful because that’s not who I am” and keep tapping until you have brought it down to 0. This is a great tapping session to do each morning before you start your day. Do it for 2 weeks and see what happens.

EFT for Forgiveness

Energy is precious. It is the essence of everything, including us. And energy directed somewhere is spent and unavailable to be directed somewhere else. If you spend energy in worry, fear, anxiety, guilt or shame, it is not available to help you create a better future for yourself and others.
Many of us spend more energy blaming ourselves or others for our failures and lack of success. No matter how validated we feel in this pursuit, this is time and energy wasted in a pointless activity that will not achieve anything. It won’t make us feel better and it certainly won’t change the situation.
What if we could forgive ourselves and others unreservedly, take responsibility for our results, and redirect that energy to creating a difference in our lives and in the lives of many others?
With EFT, you can release yourself from negative emotions that drain your energy and stop you from realizing your goals and dreams, thereby giving you the freedom to achieve greater and greater things that could not only transform your life, but the lives of many others as well.
The following EFT sequence will help to release you from shame, guilt and blame so you can get on with being successful and wealthy.
First rate the statement “I can’t forgive myself for all the times I haven’t achieved what I set out to achieve” on a scale of 0 to 10. This statement can relate to what your expectations of you, as well as others expectations of you.
Set Up Phrase
Karate Chop Point:
Even though I can’t forgive myself for all the times I have failed and made mistakes, I deeply and completely forgive myself.
Even though I feel ashamed about my failures and all the times in my life I have made bad choices, I profoundly love and accept who I am and how I feel.
Even though I have done some things and made some choices that are unforgiveable, I choose to deeply and completely love and forgive myself anyway.
Eyebrow: I am so ashamed of the number of times I have failed
Outside Eye: Nobody has failed as much as I have
Under Eye: I’m so disappointed with myself
Under Nose: I don’t think I can ever forgive myself for being such a huge failure.
Chin: I’ve really let myself down
Collar Bone: And I’ve let other people down
Under Arm: Because I haven’t tried hard enough
Top of Head: I don’t deserve forgiveness
Eyebrow: Because sometimes I’ve been lazy
Outside Eye: And I haven’t always given my best
Under Eye: I haven’t followed through
Under Nose: I haven’t been true to my world

Under Arm: I can’t possibly forgive myself when I’ve made so many mistakes.
Top of Head: I don’t deserve to be forgiven because I’ve failed to live up to mine and everybody else’s expectations
Now return and rate the statement: “I can’t forgive myself for all the times I haven’t achieved what I set out to achieve”. If the rating has come down to a 2 or below, then continue on to the positive tapping round. If you haven’t come down that far yet, just keep tapping with the phrases above, or ones that are more appropriate and specific to your situation until you have.
Positive Tapping:

Even though I still have this feeling that I deserve to suffer for being such a failure, I choose to love and forgive myself anyway.
Even though I still feel like my laziness / inefficiency / lack of focus is unforgivable, I deeply and completely love and forgive who I am and how I feel.
Even though I don’t know how I’m ever going to forgive myself for being such an under achiever when I have so much potential, I choose to forgive myself anyway and use that energy to move forward with confidence and enthusiasm.
Eyebrow: I have been lazy and inefficient and I haven’t been focused enough

Top of Head: And now that I recognize it, I choose to forgive myself
Eyebrow: I could have achieved a lot more by now if I’d had the right subconscious programming
Outside Eye: But it’s okay because I can start to turn that around right now
Under Eye: And the first thing I choose to do is forgive myself
Under Nose: I choose to have compassion and understanding for myself
Chin: I choose to be kind to myself
Collar Bone: I am a good person, I just need to adjust a few things
Under Arm: After all, success is a learning process.
Top of Head: And I love to learn new skills and information
Eyebrow: I choose to forgive my lack of results
Outside Eye: And know that I am capable of achieving whatever I put my mind to.
Under Eye: I just need to adopt the right subconscious programming
Under Nose: And I’m starting to do that right now
Chin: I choose to be proud of the fact that I haven’t given up
Collar Bone: I can’t fail until I give up
Under Arm: I choose to have compassion and understanding for me
Top of Head: And I choose to forgive myself for not achieving my goals yet and focus enthusiastically on reprogramming my subconscious to have a successful and wealthy mindset.
Again rate the statement: “I can’t forgive myself for all the times I haven’t achieved what I set out to achieve”. Keep tapping until you bring the rating right down to zero.
There may be other things you need to forgive yourself for that you feel ashamed and guilty about which makes you feel unworthy to be successful and wealthy. Perhaps you did something to someone that was not very nice and hurt someone. Or maybe there’s something you didn’t do, that you feel you should have done. You may need to ask another person for their forgiveness which can be extremely healing and release you from terrible burdens. There are dozens of reasons why we end up on a permanent guilt trip which saps our energy and prevents us from feeling worthy of realizing our dreams.
EFT is capable of eliminating all of those negative feelings that are draining your energy and preventing you from living to your full potential. Adopt EFT as a part of your lifestyle and use it everyday and your life will be transformed in a relatively short amount of time.

Is It Selfish or Greedy to be Wealthy?

Do you have a belief that it’s selfish or greedy to be wealthy? Do you feel that if you have more others will have less?
Let me ask you a couple of other questions. If you are struggling financially, how is that serving yourself and others? If all your needs and wants were met and you had the financial freedom to do whatever you wanted, what could you do to help others?
I’m not going to beat around the bush here. We are at a critical point in our evolution. We have a massive health crisis, a worsening wealth crisis and because of our actions, our planet is also in crisis and needs our assistance.
Do you think the governments of the world are going to solve each and every one of these crises? Do you think the lottery is your best chance of becoming financially free? What if you have a lot more power than you realize to change your own future and the future of our world as we know it, you just have to release yourself from limiting beliefs that aren’t even yours?
The good news is, you do and you can! And the critical point is, YOU MUST!
