EFT for Inner Peace

Life is flying past at an ever increasing pace. There is always so much to do and not enough time to do it. You feel overwhelmed, frustrated, tired, anxious and stressed. It is only getting worse and it feels like there is no way out.

When did life get so out of control? What happened to having time for yourself? How did you get here? Life wasn’t supposed to turn out this way!

Does any of this resonate with you? If so, then you are just one of the millions of people all around the world feeling exactly the same way. Not that there is any comfort in this.

What if you could have inner peace not matter what was going on in your life? What if feeling peaceful could help you to think more clearly so you could be more efficient and effective and get more done in less time? What if you could actually have some time to relax and chill out every now and again?

You can with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

The truth is that all those feelings of overwhelm and stress are only overloading your central nervous system and preventing you from thinking clearly which only makes the situation even worse.

By using EFT on these issues on a regular basis you calm the central nervous system and release the stress enabling you to create new habits and over time, you will find you can remain calm and peaceful regardless of what is going on in your life. It’s an extraordinary phenomenon that helps you to be far more effective and efficient, even in a crisis. Then your life doesn’t seem out of control!

So following is an EFT tapping sequence that, when used regularly, will help you to feel calm and peaceful at all times.

Firstly rate the following statement on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being it’s not true for you at all and 10 being the most true it could possibly be for you.

“My life is out of control and I don’t have enough time to get everything done.”

Now follow this sequence:

Karate Chop:

Even though my life is completely out of control and I feel so overwhelmed and stressed, I deeply and completely love and accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I never have enough time and so much to do, I choose to love and accept myself and my life just the way it is.

Even though I feel stressed and overwhelmed all the time and I don’t have any time to relax, I deeply and completely love and accept all of me.

Eyebrow: I feel so stressed and overwhelmed

Outside Eye: Life is going so fast, I just can’t keep up

Under Eye: And it just gets worse every day

Under Nose: I never have any time for me

Chin: I would just love some time to relax

Collar Bone: But there’s always so much to do

Under Arm: That’s never going to happen

Top of Head: My life is totally out of control

Eyebrow: I’m running so fast, but seem to be going no where

Outside Eye: I wish I had some time to take a breath and relax

Under Eye: But that’s just seems impossible

Under Nose: How did my life get so out of control?

Chin: I’m so stressed and overwhelmed

Collar Bone: I feel like I’m going to explode

Under Arm: My life is complete chaos

Top of Head: There’s so much to do and never enough time to do it.

Eyebrow: I would love to just have a break

Outside Eye: Even 10 minutes would be nice

Under Eye: I really didn’t expect my life to turn out like this

Under Nose: How did it get so out of control?

Chin: I’m so exhausted

Collar Bone: And I just seem to keep running around in circles

Under Arm: There’s a million things going on in my life

Top of Head: And I just don’t have enough hours to get them all done.

Take a deep breath and now go back and rate the statement:

“My life is out of control and I don’t have enough time to get everything done.”

It will have moved at least a little bit. Keep tapping on these phrases and any others that describe the way your life is and the way you feel about it until you bring that rating down to at least a 2 and then proceed with the following positive tapping round:

Karate Chop:

Even though my life is still out of control, I choose to feel calm and peaceful any way.

Even though I have so much to do and never enough time to do it, I am willing to find a place of peace within me no matter what is happening in my life.

Even though I still feel overwhelmed and stressed because my life is out of control, I choose to feel calm and peaceful no matter what.

Eyebrow: My life is still out of control

Outside Eye: But I choose to feel calm and peaceful anyway

Under Eye: I have so much to do and never enough time

Under Nose: But I choose to access a place of peace within me

Chin: So I can be more effective and get more done

Collar Bone: I have a very busy life with lots of tasks to complete

Under Arm: And I choose to move through my day with ease and grace

Top of Head: I love that my day moves smoothly

Eyebrow: And I accomplish everything I need to with ease and grace

Outside Eye: I am so happy and so grateful

Under Eye: For this deep sense of inner peace that I feel inside

Under Nose: No matter what’s going on in my life

Chin: I love that my life is ordered and I achieve everything I need to with ease and grace

Collar Bone: I’m grateful for the peace I feel inside no matter what is happening in my life

Under Arm: I choose to feel calm and peaceful no matter what

Top of Head: I love feeling calm and peaceful even when I am so busy

Eyebrow: I choose to let go of the chaos and create harmony and balance in my life

Outside Eye: I love feeling a deep sense of peace and calm within

Under Eye: No matter what is going on, I choose to be centred, calm and relaxed

Under Nose: I am confident I can move through my day with ease and grace

Chin: I choose to release this overwhelm and anxiety

Collar Bone: And achieve everything I need to in a calm, peaceful state

Under Arm: I love finding time to relax and enjoy a little me time

Top of Head: I love creating a new paradigm with complete calm and peace within no matter what.

And again, take a deep breath and as you release it, let go of any remaining tension. Now go back and rate the statement:

“My life is out of control and I don’t have enough time to get everything done.”

Keep tapping until you get the rating down to a zero. Old habits die hard, so do this tapping at least every couple of days until you feel a deep sense of peace remaining with you regardless of what else is going on around you. This may take a couple of weeks, but it will be worth it.

I Give Myself Permission To Be Happy With EFT

Scientific studies have shown that each one of us has our own ‘happiness set point’. This means that no matter what happens to us, we are pre-programmed to return to a particular level of happiness within 12 months. So even if you have a tragic event happen, or an out of this world fabulous event, it is highly likely that within a period of 12 months you will return to the same level of happiness you were at before the event occurred.

This happiness set point is determined 50% by your DNA and 50% by your environment and your programmed responses to it. So you may have been fortunate enough, like myself, to come in with a happy disposition already present in your personality, or you may have been born with a more serious nature that finds happiness more difficult.

The good news is, that no matter what your DNA dictates, you have complete control over the other 50% of your level of happiness and you can reprogram yourself to be happy, no matter what.

There is a fabulous book by Marci Schimoff called “Happy For No Reason”. In this book Marci has interviewed 100 of the happiest people in the world to determine what the common underlying theme was for all these people. She then goes on to give practical tips and exercises to help you to raise your happiness set point and learn how to be ‘Happy for No Reason’. I highly recommend this book.

For most of us, we’re expecting our external conditions to all fall into perfect place before we are happy. We have made our happiness conditional. At first inspection, this seems perfectly reasonable and you’re probably wondering how on earth you can be happy if things aren’t going well for you. Well, the truth is, true happiness is unconditional. It comes from a place within us and is not reliant on external conditions to be present. It is already there, we just have to let go of all the crap that’s covering it up to feel happy.

Now I know you’re probably thinking, ‘But you don’t know what my life’s like. If you knew how much crap I’ve got going on, you’d know that I could never be happy.”  And I understand why you feel that way.

Many people are suffering some grave situations right now and it may seem impossible to be happy even when things look so grave. But believe me, it’s possible to be happy no matter what. It’s all about making a different choice and choosing to be happy regardless of whatever else is going on in your life.

I understand even the concept of this can be difficult to wrap your mind around let alone know how to achieve this utopian ideal of happiness and bliss regardless of what’s going on in your life. And no, I am not on drugs. Never have, nor will I ever take drugs to achieve an altered mind state because I know that I can do it without artificial aids and it’s sooooooo much better without all the lethal consequences.

The fact is that our brain is wired to focus on the negative and that’s what makes us unhappy. All of us have reasons to be sad, angry, frustrated, upset, overwhelmed, etc. The truth is everybody also has reasons to be happy, even when you feel like you don’t, and it’s the people who look beyond the negative stuff in their lives and focus on the reasons they have to be happy that are the happiest of all.

It’s not about ignoring the bad stuff, it’s about making it less important than the good stuff. You are supposed to feel good. And when you change the way you think, you can. It won’t happy instantly as you’re training your brain a new way of being, but it will all be worth it if you stick with it.

So following you will find an Emotional Freedom Technique sequence which, when used frequently, will help you to be happier more often and regardless of what’s happening in your life.

So firstly I want you to rate this phrase on a scale of 0 (not true for you) and 10 (the most true it could possibly be).

“I can’t be happy until my life is perfect and everything works”

Karate Chop:

Even though I know I won’t be happy until all my problems are solved and things turn out the way I want them to, I choose to accept how my life is right now.

Even though I can’t be happy until my life is sorted and I get what I want, I deeply and completely love and accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I’m never happy because my life sucks and I can’t imagine being happy with the problems I have, I accept how my life is and how I feel about it.

Eyebrow: My life sucks and I’ve got nothing to be happy about

Outside Eye: Everything’s wrong with my life

Under Eye: How could I possibly be happy with my life as it is

Under Nose: I don’t even believe happiness exists

Chin: How can it when everything is in the toilet

Collar Bone: I can’t see any reason to be happy

Under Arm: I’m always struggling and nothing works out

Top of Head: I have all these problems

Eyebrow: My life is in chaos

Outside Eye: I’ve got plenty of reasons not to be happy

Under Eye: If she took a walk in my shoes, she’d know why I can’t be happy

Under Nose: Every day is a struggle just to get through it

Chin: Even thinking about trying to be happy makes me sad

Collar Bone: I feel so sad by what’s going on in my life

Under Arm: I feel depressed when I look at my life

Top of Head: I am over being sad and unhappy

Eyebrow: But I don’t have a choice

Outside Eye: There’s no way I could be happy with they way things are

Under Eye: What a ridiculous idea

Under Nose: I can’t remember the last time I was really happy

Chin: Until my life improves, there is no way I can feel happy

Collar Bone: I have too much to be sad and angry and frustrated about

Under Arm: Don’t talk to me about happiness!

Top of Head: I can’t be happy until my life is perfect and everything works

Now take a deep breath and go back and rate the statement:

“I can’t be happy until my life is perfect and everything works”

Keep tapping on those phrases or ones that work for you until you bring that rating down to at least a 2 before moving on to the positive tapping phrase below.

Now take a few minutes to make a list of 10 reasons that you could be happy about. They don’t need to be earth shattering. Just choose some little things like the air you breathe, that you have a house to live in, that you woke up this morning, that it’s a beautiful day, that you have found EFT, that you are able to read this article. Simple, everyday things that you could be happy about.

Karate Chop:

Even though I still can’t image being happy because my life really sucks, I am open to feeling just a little bit happier right now.

Even though I have so many reasons not to be happy, I’m willing to look for reasons I could be happy and focus on those instead.

Even though I can’t remember the last time I was really happy, and no wonder considering all the crap that’s gone on in my life, I choose to relax and be open to finding reasons to feel even just a little bit happy.

Eyebrow: I have so many reasons not to be happy

Outside Eye: And I can’t imagine feeling happiness right now

Under Eye: Maybe I have some things in my life to be happy about

Under Nose: But there are many more reasons to be unhappy

Chin: What if I focused on the happy stuff

Collar Bone: Maybe I could feel a little bit happier

Under Arm: But the bad stuff is so overwhelming

Top of Head: What if I could be happy even with all this crap in my life

Eyebrow: Wouldn’t it be nice if I could feel happy right now

Outside Eye: I give myself permission to be just a little bit happy

Under Eye: Even though my life is such a mess

Under Nose: I choose to feel a little bit happier right now

Chin: I resolve to focus on the things I can be happy about

Collar Bone: I love knowing that underneath all these bad feelings

Under Arm: There is a happy me waiting to be discovered

Top of Head: I give myself permission to be happy no matter what

Eyebrow: I choose to feel a little bit happier right now

Outside Eye: I give myself permission to be happy right now

Under Eye: I love the thought of feeling happy no matter what

Under Nose: Even though I’ve still got heaps of reasons to be unhappy

Chin: I’ve also got plenty of reasons to be happy

Collar Bone: I choose to focus on those and allow myself to be a little bit happier

And take a deep breath and rate the statement again:

“I can’t be happy until my life is perfect and everything works”

The more you work with this kind of EFT tapping sequence, the better your life will appear to be and the happier you will be.

Attract $20,000 with EFT

Would having an extra $20,000 help you out right now? I’m sure it would! Nobody in their right mind would sneeze at $20,000.

Ever since the hit movie ‘The Secret’, people have been working with the Law of Attraction and trying desperately to transform their lives for the better. Most, unfortunately, have never achieved the results they desire, and many have given up with a sense of hopelessness feeling as if either there is something wrong with them, or that the Law of Attraction is a sham.

This is an unfortunate situation, and the truth is, that most people don’t understand the fundamental principals of the Law of Attraction and what it takes to make it work.

The principal behind the LOA is simple. We are vibrational beings and, just like us, everything in the Universe is energy vibrating at a particular frequency. When 2 objects vibrate at the same frequency, they are attracted to each other. All emotions and belief systems are also energy. So if you have belief systems and emotions that are vibrating in alignment with lack and poverty, you will literally repel money. The good news is that we can alter our vibration and frequency through positive focus on what we want and aligning ourselves vibrationally with it.

The next most important point is that this takes time, and it is different for everybody. For some it may happen quite quickly, depending on where their vibration is in comparison to what they want, while others may take a lot longer. The critical thing is to never, never, never give up. As long as you maintain a positive focus, you must end up in alignment with what you want and when you are in alignment, it must come into your life. THIS IS LAW!!!

Fortunately we now have many different transformational tools available to us to help change our frequency more quickly. And when used regularly and effectively, over time our lives can become like a factory for miracles.

Those who know me know that my favourite tools are Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Sound Healing. So following you will find an EFT script that you can follow and, if used regularly (preferably every day) for a few weeks, miracles will definitely start to occur.

Karate Chop:

Even though I could really use $20,000 right now, I have absolutely no idea how to attract it into my life, and I choose to love and accept myself anyway.

Even though the thought of having an extra $20,000 really makes my heart sing, I’m convinced that I will never get to see that kind of money in my lifetime because I’ve always blocked it in the past, but I choose to be open to all the possibilities the Universe has in store for me.

Even though I’m convinced that I’m hopeless at attracting money and the Law of Attraction doesn’t work for me, I’m open to finding out whatever is blocking me from wealth and releasing whatever that is.

Eyebrow: There’s no way I’m going to receive $20,000

Outside Eye: It’s just not possible

Under Eye: I could definitely use it right now

Under Nose: But I am hopeless at attracting money

Chin: I’ve tried everything and the Law of Attraction doesn’t work for me

Collar Bone: The thought of having that kind of money makes me go weak at the knees

Under Arm: It would really solve a lot of problems for me right now

Top of Head: But I’ve never been good at receiving money

Eyebrow: Money and me really don’t get along

Outside Eye: I must be blocking it for some reason

Under Eye: But that doesn’t make any sense

Under Nose: Why would I block money coming into my life

Chin: Maybe the Universe is holding out on me

Collar Bone: Maybe it’s some kind of cosmic joke

Under Arm: Well it’s not funny

Top of Head: I’m angry that I’ve tried really hard, but the Universe is holding out on me

Eyebrow: I’m fed up that I can’t create the money I want in my life

Outside Eye: I’ve tried and tried and there’s no way I’m getting $20,000

Under Eye: The Law of Attraction just doesn’t work for me

Under Nose: I know deep down inside that I’m blocking it

Chin: Which is really frustrating because I could really use $20,000 right now

Collar Bone: Maybe I don’t feel safe having that kind of money

Under Arm: Maybe I don’t feel like I deserve it

Top of Head: Maybe I’d be breaking some sort of family law if I had that kind of money

Eyebrow: I would love to know why I’m blocking having more money

Outside Eye: Because then I could clear it and all my problems would be solved

Under Eye: But I have no idea how I could create having $20,000

Under Nose: I’m obviously not in vibrational alignment with it

Chin: Because I’m just no good at bringing money into my life

Collar Bone: I would love to have an extra $20,000 dollars right now

Under Arm: But I really don’t believe that it’s ever going to happen

Top of Head: And I’m tired of struggling for money

Take a deep breath.

Most people, when they’re considering their financial problems, get stuck because they don’t know how they can change their situation. Remember that ‘how’ is not important because it’s not your business. The Universe has hundreds if not thousands of possibilities available to be able to create solutions to your problems and whatever money you want to attract into your life. The Universe knows how to orchestrate everything to create whatever you want. ‘How’ is not your concern. ‘What’ is all you have to worry about and then follow the inspiration that turns up.

Start to really pay attention to any signs and inspiration that appear over the coming days, weeks and months and be grateful for any extra money, small and large, however it comes to you and a trickle will turn into a flood.

Now for a positive EFT tapping round.

Eyebrow: I would really love to have an extra $20,000 right now

Outside Eye: I can just imagine what I’m going to do to get it

Under Eye: I would love to know why I’m blocking money in my life

Under Nose: And whatever it is, I choose to transcend and transform it right now

Chin: Maybe I don’t have to know what the block is

Collar Bone: I choose to tune into my vibration

Under Arm: And call up all the blocks I have to money

Top of Head: And I transform and transmute them into pure love energy

Eyebrow: I call up whatever blocks I have to $20,000

Outside Eye: And I transform and transcend them right now

Under Eye: I choose to take all the energy I have invested

Under Nose: In blocking money in my life

Chin: And transmute and transform it into pure love energy right now

Collar Bone: I choose to release any belief system or emotion

Under Arm: That’s blocking $20,000 in my life

Top of Head: And transmute, transform and transcend it into positive energy now

Eyebrow: I love the thought of having $20,000

Outside Eye: And I’m curious about how it’s going to turn up

Under Eye: I choose to allow it into my life with ease and grace

Under Eye: I am ready to release all belief systems that are blocking financial freedom for me

Chin: And I’m open to all the possibilities and opportunities

Top of Head: I’m so happy and so grateful to receive $20,000 with ease and grac

Another thing to remember is that your level of belief is also very important. The slightest doubt will unravel your attempts to attract what you want, so build absolute faith using EFT and by visualising your dreams, being grateful for them coming to fruition. Do this and your life will be transformed.

And you may have any belief systems that are blocking your wealth become very clear to you through things that happen. Pay attention, particularly to things and situations that are in your face, and may even be challenging. These are gifts from the Universe showing you what’s blocking what you want. It’s up to you to clear them to allow the money to show up.

And finally, be patient. It won’t happen overnight, but it will happen. IT IS LAW!

What if you could love yourself unconditionally? How would your life be transformed? How would your relationships be transformed?

Loving yourself is the ultimate key to your freedom as it is the condition that underlies your feelings of self-worth, the quality of your relationships with yourself and others, your level of success, your depth of happiness, your health and wellbeing, and pretty much every other aspect of your life.

If you find that a little hard to swallow, just imagine loving yourself no matter what. How would your feelings about yourself change? How would your behaviour change? Where would your feelings of self-worth be? How would those things affect each area of your life?

Love is the very essence of who we are, and once we reconnect with that unconditionally, every negative feeling, behaviour, condition or event in our lives pales into insignificance. It does not mean that we will not experience difficult times, but they will no longer define who we are because we will be in love with all of it. Hard to imagine isn’t it?

Well, using the following EFT sequence regularly will help you to move more and more into a state of unconditional love for yourself and others.

First, rate the following statement on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being it is not true for you at all and 10 being that it is 100% true: “I completely love every part of myself and my life unconditionally.”

Unlike most of the set up statements I use, this time the desired outcome is to get as close to 10 as possible, not zero.

Now use the following EFT phrase to increase the rating.

Set Up

Karate Chop:

Even though I can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally, I deeply and completely accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I have too many faults and imperfections to be truly loveable, I choose to accept myself as I am right now.

Even though someone like me doesn’t deserve to be loved unconditionally, I profoundly accept myself anyway.

Eyebrow: I really can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally

Outside Eye: I have too many imperfections

Under Eye: I could never be good enough to deserve unconditional love

Under Nose: Unconditional love isn’t for people like me

Chin: I’ve got too many bad qualities

Collar Bone: Nobody could ever love me unconditionally

Under Arm: Even me

Top of Head: You have to earn unconditional love

Eyebrow: And I’m not good enough

Outside Eye: I’ve done too many bad things

Under Eye: I don’t deserve that kind of love

Under Nose: I don’t even believe unconditional love exists

Chin: Even my parents couldn’t love me unconditionally

Collar Bone: They withdrew their love all the time when I didn’t please them

Under Arm: And even if it did exist

Top of Head: I wouldn’t deserve it anyway

Eyebrow: I can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally

Outside Eye: I’m just not that loveable

Under Eye: I have too many faults and imperfections

Under Nose: Only people who are perfect deserve unconditional love

Chin: And I am so far from perfect, I can’t even see the horizon

Collar Bone: I could never love myself unconditionally

Under Arm: Never in a million years

Top of Head: I have never done anything to deserve being loved unconditionally, even by me.

Take a deep breath and go back and rate the statement “I completely love every part of myself and my life unconditionally.” It should have shifted a bit. Now, regardless of where that rating is, proceed to the positive tapping round.

NB: I have used the word God in the following sequence, however, I am aware that some people are not comfortable using this word as there may be a negative feeling around it for some. If it doesn’t work for you, then please use any word that works for you – e.g. Divine, Source, Universe, Universal Energy, etc.

Karate Chop:

Even though I still can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally, I choose to be open to the possibility that I am loveable.

Even though I don’t believe I deserve unconditional love, I am willing to consider the possibility that I could love myself more than I do now.

Even though unconditional love needs to be earned, and I am not good enough, I choose to be open to embracing new possibilities about loving myself unconditionally.

Eyebrow: God / Source / The Universe loves me unconditionally

Outside Eye: I’m a pretty good person when it comes down to it

Under Eye: Maybe I’ve been judging myself too harshly

Under Nose: What if I don’t have to earn unconditional love

Chin: It would be nice if I could love myself no matter what

Collar Bone: It would be nice if love didn’t depend on what I did

Under Arm: What if real love isn’t judgemental or conditional

Top of Head: And what if I could just allow myself to be loved like that?

Eyebrow: Better still, what if I could love myself like that?

Outside Eye: I wonder if it’s possible to love myself unconditionally?

Under eye: I don’t have to earn God’s love

Under Nose: So it doesn’t make sense that I have to earn my love.

Chin: What if I could just love all of my imperfections

Collar Bone: I love the thought of loving myself just the way I am

Under Arm: I choose to love all of me just as I am right now

Top of Head: Even with all my faults and imperfections

Eyebrow: I choose to love myself like God does

Outside Eye: I choose to know that unconditional love is the essence of who I am.

Under Eye: And if love is who I am, than I do not need to earn love

Under Nose: Just because some of my actions are not loveable

Chin: Doesn’t mean I am not loveable

Collar Bone: Unconditional love fills my heart and sustains me

Under Arm: I am complete unconditional love

Top of Head: I choose to embrace my eternal essence and love myself unconditionally.

Eyebrow: Because the truth is there is nothing I can do that would make me unlove-able.

Outside Eye: Because my actions do not define me

Under Eye: Love defines me

Under Nose: It always has and it always will

Chin: And the more I love myself unconditionally

Collar Bone: The more I will love others unconditionally

Under Arm: So I choose to embrace and love all of me including my imperfections.

Top of Head: I love feeling unconditional love for myself, just like God / Source / The Divine does.

Take a breath and rate the statement “I completely love every part of myself and my life unconditionally.” Keep using this tapping sequence every day for 2 weeks and notice how differently you feel about yourself and how it redefines your relationships with others. Other people will start to respond to you differently. The people in our lives can only reflect how we feel about ourselves.

Use this theme on a regular basis for your tapping and notice how your heart begins to open and your relationships change, including your relationship with yourself.

From the time we are introduced to this world, we are taught to conform. We are rewarded by the people who are the most influential in our lives if we adopt their way of thinking, the patterns of behaviour they exhibit, their judgements, values, ideals, etc.

We are over regulated with rules within rules within rules that are designed to control our behaviour and make us into good little conformists, so people, authorities and governments know what to expect from us and they don’t receive any nasty little surprises by having us actually challenge their way of thinking, feeling or being in the world.

We are conditioned to fear thinking and behaving differently because there are “consequences”. Most of us don’t even understand consciously what these apparent consequences might be, it’s just inherited thinking that they are there, threatening any innate desire we might have to explore new realms and possibilities and ways of being in the world.

Sadly, most of us aren’t taught to think for ourselves, but adopt the thinking of others who have survived with their way of thinking and believe that it is in your best interests to think and act the way they do. We develop physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually through modelling.

And we also adopt their dysfunction and limitations as well. Largely we become carbon copies of the people in our environment. Instead of being encouraged to think for ourselves and discern what works for us and become individuals free to express our own unique brilliance in the world, we are largely punished for ‘breaking the mold’ and becoming our own person.

It is possible to break free of this conditioning. It was said by a close relative that Steve Jobs “Didn’t think the rules applied to him”. And he expressed himself in a way that redefined the way we live today by not allowing everybody else’s definition of possible and impossible to influence his thinking. It also meant he could be anti-social and fly in the face of authority against regulations that are put there actually to protect us, not just to control us. It’s smart to play by the rules that serve us, and be ready to break down and reject those that don’t.

All the leaders, inventors and super successful people in the world have, in one way or another, found a way to break out of conformity and break the rules that don’t serve their purpose.

Leading edge innovative organizations like Apple, Google, Facebook, IBM, Microsoft, Virgin, Nintendo and many other technology based companies have transformed many aspects of our lives and actually altered our behavior through their audaciousness and refusing to be captured within the web of the structured systems we hold onto so vigorously.

Obviously, it is in our best interests to be respectful of those around us and behave in a way that does not threaten the well being of any living creature. But there are many rules, many of them unwritten, and secretly passed down to you through generations of compliant people who don’t dare to challenge the system, that are begging to be broken, and must be broken, if you are to succeed.

Below is an EFT tapping sequence that will help you to break free of limitations adopted during your earliest years through conditioning and not be frightened to break the rules that are holding you back from being the best you can be and living to your full potential.

First rate the following statement on a scale of 0 to 10. ) being that it’s not true for you at all and 10 being the most true it could possibly be for you: “I’m afraid to break the rules in case I have to suffer the consequences”.

Now go through the following tapping sequence:

And take a deep breath and rate that statement: “I’m afraid to break the rules in case I have to suffer the consequences”. I it has come down to a 2 or below then move onto the positive tapping round. Otherwise, keep tapping with these phrases or ones that you feel are more appropriate for you and your situation, until it’s come down to a 2 or below before progressing.

Even though I still have this fear about breaking the rules, I’m ready to challenge all my old programming and express my own unique brilliance to the world.

Even though there might be consequences if I don’t conform the way I was taught, I choose to break free of these limiting rules and be uniquely me in every way, free to discover my full infinite potential.

And take a deep breath and rate that statement: “I’m afraid to break the rules in case I have to suffer the consequences”.

Keep tapping until the rating has come down to a zero.

And if you do fly in the face of convention, you are going to experience resistance from all over the place from people who truly believe they have your best interests at heart by bringing you back to where they are. The question is do you really want to be where they are? Has it been working for you so far? What do you really want out of life?

Would you prefer to live as an under achiever like the people you have modelled, or would you prefer to be a Steve Jobs, Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, breaking convention and living to their full potential and making the world a better place?

It’s your choice!

Is It Selfish or Greedy to be Wealthy?

Do you have a belief that it’s selfish or greedy to be wealthy? Do you feel that if you have more others will have less?

Let me ask you a couple of other questions. If you are struggling financially, how is that serving yourself and others? If all your needs and wants were met and you had the financial freedom to do whatever you wanted, what could you do to help others?

I’m not going to beat around the bush here. We are at a critical point in our evolution. We have a massive health crisis, a worsening wealth crisis and because of our actions, our planet is also in crisis and needs our assistance.

Do you think the governments of the world are going to solve each and every one of these crises? Do you think the lottery is your best chance of becoming financially free? What if you have a lot more power than you realize  to change your own future and the future of our world as we know it, you just have to release yourself from limiting beliefs that aren’t even yours?

The good news is, you do and you can! And the critical point is, YOU MUST!

Take Your Power Back With EFT

Do you feel powerless? Hopeless? Like there’s no point putting a lot of effort into your future because it doesn’t turn out the way you want it to? Do you feel as if you have no control over your own life?

The truth is we have been conditioned to give our power away to people and situations in our lives for centuries. We carry this disempowerment in our cellular memory from past lives, past generations and from our current history. Because we don’t know any better, we allow it to dictate our present moment and the outcomes of our future by giving our power away. And often we give up because having given our power away, we feel powerless, disempowered, hopeless. It feels like there’s no use.

Can you relate to any of those feelings?

If you want different results, it’s time to take your power back. Time to take charge of your life and be the captain of your own ship and create your own destiny by design, instead of default. Don’t allow other people, events and outside influences to dictate how successful and happy you are. To do so makes you a victim to circumstance and as long as you are being a victim, you will be at the mercy of life.

Taking your power back does not mean you have to dis-empower or bully others. It means being confident in your own being and not allowing external situations to influence the decisions you make or actions you take in your own life. It is up to you to decide what is for your highest good and define your life accordingly.

There will always be outside events and people that affect our lives, but the ultimate outcome for you is determined by how you respond to those.

So think for a moment where you have given your power away. There will probably be several areas where you have allowed yourself to be disempowered and possible hundreds even thousands of events that have occurred. Choose the memory that feels the most intense when you think about it.

How does it make you feel to know you gave your power away? Sad? Angry? Frustrated? Disappointed? Powerless? Hopeless? Weak?

The following EFT tapping script is going to focus on the feelings of powerlessness and hopelessness, however, you can substitute any of the above feelings, or others that may be more appropriate for you to do the tapping. And if you have several feelings around this, then keep doing the EFT until you have got them all down to a 1 or a 0.

Make the statement: “I have given all my power away and feel completely powerless.” Rate the truth of that statement on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being it’s not true at all and 10 being the most true it could possibly be.

Now tap along on the points with the following script, substituting different words and phrases that are more appropriate to your circumstances if you need to.

Set Up – Karate Chop Point

Even though I have given all my power away to this situation, I choose to love and accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I feel so disempowered because I allowed it / them to take my power away, I choose to love and respect myself anyway.

Now, take a deep breath and again say out loud “I have given all my power away and feel completely powerless.” and rate the truth of that statement on a scale of 0 to 10.

You may need to focus more on the negative to bring the feeling down to a at least a 1 or a 2 before proceeding. Again, say it the way it is. How you are feeling and what is appropriate for you. The more you get in touch with your own feelings, the more effective this is going to be.

Now we are going to do a positive round of tapping.

Set Up Statement – Karate Chop Point

Even though I still feel this sense of powerlessness and it makes me feel really sad, I deeply and completely love and accept all of me.

Even though I gave my power away and have been held back all these years because if it, I profoundly love and accept myself anyway.

Keep assessing your feeling of powerlessness / hopelessness in the days to come. If a situation comes up where you feel powerless then tap again. You will probably find more feelings and aspects associated with your feelings of powerlessness that you haven’t explored yet.

Remember, you are a work in progress, and everything is perfect right now, and it will take time for you to heal deep wounds that have occurred during this life time and others so you can reach the point that you are living to your full potential and living the life of your dreams.

Be kind to yourself, forgive yourself, be patient and expect miracles and magic in your life.

Be Open To Receive Abundance

It couldn’t sound more simple, and yet it is a major stumbling block for the majority of people who are suffering from a lack and poverty consciousness.

Whilst you are focusing on creating your new life of purpose, prosperity and happiness, this is something that you must attend to as a matter of the utmost importance.

The truth is there is infinite abundance in the Universe, your job is to let more of that money flow into your life.  There are many reasons why people block the abundance from coming in and many of them point back to lack of self worth and judgements about themselves, money and wealthy people in general.

There is no point creating a massive flow of wealth in your direction if you’ve locked the front door and won’t let it in. Be diligent in weeding out those negative belief systems that are blocking you from financial abundance and get rid of them once and for all. Increasing your conscious awareness of how you feel about money in all of your daily transactions will be very helpful as well as your feelings about yourself and wealthy people.

Repeat these phrases and others that are appropriate for you until you feel more free and open about receiving money.

What Is The Most Important Trait To Achieve Success?

This particular question caused me a great deal of confusion for a long time. There are many characteristics that multi-millionaires and super successful people have that blend together to create the right environment to succeed. Commitment, focus, passion, purpose, persistence, resilience, tenacity, embracing failure, clarity of vision, the list goes on and on. And they are all important pieces of the whole. So if there was one that were to stand out, what would it be?

After years of asking this question, I believe I have found the answer.

Belief.

If there is one thing super successful people that is brings everything together, it is belief in themselves, their ability to succeed, their worthiness of success and in a higher power that helps them achieve the seemingly impossible.

It is their unshakable belief that gives them their sense of purpose, commitment, focus, passion, clarity, persistence, resilience, tenacity, etc, etc. Without belief in themselves, their vision and their ability to realise their goals, they would fall at the first hurdle, as most people do. Belief that manifests in the very depths of your being makes a person unstoppable, which is what you need to be if you are going to achieve your goals and dreams.

So how do you get that kind of unshakable belief in yourself? Can you develop it, or must you be born with it? If you have only ever experienced failure, or have low self-esteem, belief in yourself can seem virtually impossible.

And now for the good news!

Developing that kind of unstoppable belief in yourself is not only possible, you can develop it in super quick time if you commit to using EFT in a specific way every single day to help you get there.

Based on the same principals of acupuncture, E.F.T. utilises the main meridian points on the body that are integral to the bodies subtle energy system to release physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.  This energy system was discovered by the Chinese approximately 5,000 years ago and is referred to by various names including Chi, Ki, Prana, Life Force and Life Energy.

There are twelve major energy meridians in the body which run from the top of your head, through your fingers and right down to your toes.  These meridians are channels that carry energy throughout the body, while meridian points are specific points located on the surface of the skin and are the points which are stimulated to obtain energy shifts in the emotional body to help heal any manner of complaint or condition.

There are typically seventeen meridian points that are used during the process.  These include:

·         Eyebrow Point – beginning of the eyebrow, near the bridge of the nose (trauma, frustration, restlessness)

·         Side of eye – on the bony orbit at the side of either eye (rage)

·         Under eye – on the bony orbit underneath the eye, directly under the pupil (anxiety, nervousness, phobias, cravings)

·         Under nose – under the nose, in the crevice about the upper lip (embarrassment, psychological reversals)

·         Under bottom lip – in the depression between the lip and the chin (shame)

·         Under collarbone – directly below the knob of the collarbone that is next to the depression below the Adam’s apple (anxiety, insecurity)

·         Under arm – approx six inches below the arm pit – on the bra strap for the women (anxiety, nervousness, cravings, self-esteem)

·         Under breast – directly under the breast, approx where the rib cage ends (this point is often left out for reasons of discretion) (unhappiness)

·         Thumbnail – on the inside tip of the thumb where the nail meets the cuticle (intolerance, arrogance)

·         Index fingernail – on the inside tip of the index finger where the nail meets the cuticle (guilt)

·         Middle fingernail – on the inside tip of the middle finger where the nail meets the cuticle (jealousy, addictive)

·         Little fingernail – on the inside tip of the little finger where the nail meets the cuticle (anger)

·         Back of hand – between knuckles of the little and ring fingers (depression, loneliness, physical pain)

·         Karate chop – this is located on the side of the where the crease crosses the edge of the hand closest to the little finger (sadness, psychological reversals)

·         Forehead – above and between the eyebrows (trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression)

·         Chest – between and slightly down from the under collarbone points (improve immune system function)

·         Sore Spot – On the left side of the chest, midway between the collarbone and down toward the breast.  This is often quite sore, even painful (psychological reversals).

Although each spot is useful for specific emotions and pain, they are combined during the EFT process as very rarely does one emotion exist on it’s own and it can be impossible and time consuming to pinpoint all the emotions associated with a particular event or issue.  Therefore it is much easier to combine the majority of the points into one quick and easy process so all associated emotions are treated at once.
