EFT For Unconditional Love

Listen to the podcast which includes sound healing here:

Or tap along with the video (no sound healing):

What if you could love yourself unconditionally? How would your life be transformed? How would your relationships be transformed?

Loving yourself is the ultimate key to your freedom as it is the condition that underlies your feelings of self-worth, the quality of your relationships with yourself and others, your level of success, your depth of happiness, your health and wellbeing, and pretty much every other aspect of your life.

If you find that a little hard to swallow, just imagine loving yourself no matter what. How would your feelings about yourself change? How would your behaviour change? Where would your feelings of self-worth be? How would those things affect each area of your life?

Love is the very essence of who we are, and once we reconnect with that unconditionally, every negative feeling, behaviour, condition or event in our lives pales into insignificance. It does not mean that we will not experience difficult times, but they will no longer define who we are because we will be in love with all of it. Hard to imagine isn’t it?

Well, using the following EFT sequence regularly will help you to move more and more into a state of unconditional love for yourself and others.

First, rate the following statement on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being it is not true for you at all and 10 being that it is 100% true: “I completely love every part of myself and my life unconditionally.”

Unlike most of the set up statements I use, this time the desired outcome is to get as close to 10 as possible, not zero.

Now use the following EFT phrase to increase the rating.

Set Up

Karate Chop:

Even though I can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally, I deeply and completely accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I have too many faults and imperfections to be truly loveable, I choose to accept myself as I am right now.

Even though someone like me doesn’t deserve to be loved unconditionally, I profoundly accept myself anyway.

Eyebrow: I really can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally

Outside Eye: I have too many imperfections

Under Eye: I could never be good enough to deserve unconditional love

Under Nose: Unconditional love isn’t for people like me

Chin: I’ve got too many bad qualities

Collar Bone: Nobody could ever love me unconditionally

Under Arm: Even me

Top of Head: You have to earn unconditional love

Eyebrow: And I’m not good enough

Outside Eye: I’ve done too many bad things

Under Eye: I don’t deserve that kind of love

Under Nose: I don’t even believe unconditional love exists

Chin: Even my parents couldn’t love me unconditionally

Collar Bone: They withdrew their love all the time when I didn’t please them

Under Arm: And even if it did exist

Top of Head: I wouldn’t deserve it anyway

Eyebrow: I can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally

Outside Eye: I’m just not that loveable

Under Eye: I have too many faults and imperfections

Under Nose: Only people who are perfect deserve unconditional love

Chin: And I am so far from perfect, I can’t even see the horizon

Collar Bone: I could never love myself unconditionally

Under Arm: Never in a million years

Top of Head: I have never done anything to deserve being loved unconditionally, even by me.

Take a deep breath and go back and rate the statement “I completely love every part of myself and my life unconditionally.” It should have shifted a bit. Now, regardless of where that rating is, proceed to the positive tapping round.

NB: I have used the word God in the following sequence, however, I am aware that some people are not comfortable using this word as there may be a negative feeling around it for some. If it doesn’t work for you, then please use any word that works for you – e.g. Divine, Source, Universe, Universal Energy, etc.

Karate Chop:

Even though I still can’t imagine loving myself unconditionally, I choose to be open to the possibility that I am loveable.

Even though I don’t believe I deserve unconditional love, I am willing to consider the possibility that I could love myself more than I do now.

Even though unconditional love needs to be earned, and I am not good enough, I choose to be open to embracing new possibilities about loving myself unconditionally.

Eyebrow: God / Source / The Universe loves me unconditionally

Outside Eye: I’m a pretty good person when it comes down to it

Under Eye: Maybe I’ve been judging myself too harshly

Under Nose: What if I don’t have to earn unconditional love

Chin: It would be nice if I could love myself no matter what

Collar Bone: It would be nice if love didn’t depend on what I did

Under Arm: What if real love isn’t judgemental or conditional

Top of Head: And what if I could just allow myself to be loved like that?

Eyebrow: Better still, what if I could love myself like that?

Outside Eye: I wonder if it’s possible to love myself unconditionally?

Under eye: I don’t have to earn God’s love

Under Nose: So it doesn’t make sense that I have to earn my love.

Chin: What if I could just love all of my imperfections

Collar Bone: I love the thought of loving myself just the way I am

Under Arm: I choose to love all of me just as I am right now

Top of Head: Even with all my faults and imperfections

Eyebrow: I choose to love myself like God does

Outside Eye: I choose to know that unconditional love is the essence of who I am.

Under Eye: And if love is who I am, than I do not need to earn love

Under Nose: Just because some of my actions are not loveable

Chin: Doesn’t mean I am not loveable

Collar Bone: Unconditional love fills my heart and sustains me

Under Arm: I am complete unconditional love

Top of Head: I choose to embrace my eternal essence and love myself unconditionally.

Eyebrow: Because the truth is there is nothing I can do that would make me unlove-able.

Outside Eye: Because my actions do not define me

Under Eye: Love defines me

Under Nose: It always has and it always will

Chin: And the more I love myself unconditionally

Collar Bone: The more I will love others unconditionally

Under Arm: So I choose to embrace and love all of me including my imperfections.

Top of Head: I love feeling unconditional love for myself, just like God / Source / The Divine does.

Take a breath and rate the statement “I completely love every part of myself and my life unconditionally.” Keep using this tapping sequence every day for 2 weeks and notice how differently you feel about yourself and how it redefines your relationships with others. Other people will start to respond to you differently. The people in our lives can only reflect how we feel about ourselves.

Use this theme on a regular basis for your tapping and notice how your heart begins to open and your relationships change, including your relationship with yourself.

Happy Tapping.

What Is The Most Important Trait To Achieve Success?

This particular question caused me a great deal of confusion for a long time. There are many characteristics that multi-millionaires and super successful people have that blend together to create the right environment to succeed. Commitment, focus, passion, purpose, persistence, resilience, tenacity, embracing failure, clarity of vision, the list goes on and on. And they are all important pieces of the whole. So if there was one that were to stand out, what would it be?

After years of asking this question, I believe I have found the answer.

Belief.

If there is one thing super successful people that is brings everything together, it is belief in themselves, their ability to succeed, their worthiness of success and in a higher power that helps them achieve the seemingly impossible.

It is their unshakable belief that gives them their sense of purpose, commitment, focus, passion, clarity, persistence, resilience, tenacity, etc, etc. Without belief in themselves, their vision and their ability to realise their goals, they would fall at the first hurdle, as most people do. Belief that manifests in the very depths of your being makes a person unstoppable, which is what you need to be if you are going to achieve your goals and dreams.

So how do you get that kind of unshakable belief in yourself? Can you develop it, or must you be born with it? If you have only ever experienced failure, or have low self-esteem, belief in yourself can seem virtually impossible.

And now for the good news!

Developing that kind of unstoppable belief in yourself is not only possible, you can develop it in super quick time if you commit to using EFT in a specific way every single day to help you get there.

I have a sample EFT Tapping script below for you to give you a taste of how powerful it can be. You can alter the script to suit you to help you create unshakable belief for whatever you want to achieve.

Do you believe you deserve to be loved unconditionally?
Do you believe you deserve to be healthy, vibrant and full of life?
Do you believe you deserve to be successful?
Do you believe you deserve to be wealthy?
Do you believe you deserve to live the life of your dreams?

Well, now you can. Use the EFT script below to get the idea, and then adapt it to suit your goals and dreams and tap for at least 10 minutes every day. If you make this commitment to yourself, I guarantee your life you will begin to be see subtle changes within a matter of days and real transformation will following in the coming weeks. Is 10 minutes a day for the next 30 days too much to ask in the quest to achieving your goals and dreams.

True success does take time, but you must start somewhere, and this is a powerful place to begin.

If you are not familiar with EFT then please visit my website, www.healingandabundance.com, and subscribe for the free gifts to learn the process before reading through the phrases below. It’s easy and it will be one of the best things you ever do for yourself.

Before you begin, say out loud, “I truly believe I deserve …………….”, inserting whatever it is your heart desires, and then rate how true that feels for you on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the least and 10 being the most. Now tap through the following script.

The Set Up Phrase

Even though I don’t have a track record of success in this area of my life, I choose to believe in every fibre and cell of my being that I deserve to have what my heart desires.

Even though my dreams never come true, I love and accept all of me and I choose to believe that I have everything within me to create the life I truly want to live.

Even though I don’t believe in myself and everything seems to be against me, I choose to love and accept myself anyway and know deep down in my heart and soul that I have what it takes to achieve whatever I put my mind to.

Top of Head: I don’t believe I deserve to have what I want.

Inside Eye: I haven’t had much success before.

Outside Eye: So what’s different now?

Under Eye: I don’t deserve to succeed!

Under Nose: I don’t have what it takes to have what I want.

Chin: My dreams are just dreams nothing more.

Collar Bone: Dreams don’t really come true.

Under Arm: Dreams are just a frivolous waste of time and energy.

Crown of Head: What if my dreams could come true?

Inside Eye: What if things could be different?

Outside Eye: That would be so nice.

Under Eye: I love the possibility that I could realize my dreams.

Under Nose: I’m open to new possibilities in succeeding in this area of my life.

Chin: What if I do deserve to have what I want?

Collar Bone: I love believing that I deserve to have what I want.

Under Arm: I feel so free and happy believing I deserve to have ……………

Top of Head: I love knowing that I deserve to be happy and achieve whatever my heart desires.

Now take two deep breaths to allow the energy to shift through you more quickly. And go back to your original statement: “I truly believe I deserve ………….” And rate it again on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being the least, and 10 being the most.

And now for the second round of EFT:

The Set Up Phrase:

Even though I still don’t believe I deserve to be happy and achieve my goals and dreams, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I still don’t believe my dreams can come true, I choose to be open to new possibilities and know that I am a good person who deserves the best in life.

Even though I still have some doubt about my ability to achieve what I truly want, I love and accept who I am and how I feel and choose to be open to new ideas, inspiration and beliefs about myself.

Top of Head: I choose to know that dreams really do come true.

Inside Eye: And my dreams can come true also.

Outside Eye: I choose to know in every fibre and cell of my being that I have what it takes to have what I want.

Under Eye: I choose to believe in the very depths of my heart and soul that I deserve to have whatever I want in life.

Under Nose: I choose to be open to new possibilities.

Chin: I love believing in my physical being and my etheric being that I deserve to be truly happy and fulfilled.

Collar Bone: I choose to have faith in the infinite power within me to create whatever I want to create.

Under Arm: I choose to release all doubts and fears I have and believe in every part of my being that I truly deserve infinite success and happiness.

Top of Head: I choose to believe in every cell and fibre of my being that I am a Master Creator and I have the power within me to create whatever my heart desires.

Inside Eye: I choose to believe in my physical being and my etheric being that I deserve miracles.

Outside Eye: I choose to release myself from all negative beliefs that are holding me back from living the life of my dreams.

Under Eye: I choose to integrate a new cellular blueprint of deserving happiness and success.

Under Nose: I choose to have faith and trust that I have the creativity and ability to achieve whatever my heart desires.

Chin: I choose to trust in the inspiration I receive and take action on it with faith.

Collar Bone: I choose to trust that whatever happens is for my highest good, and is part of the divine process.

Under Arm: I choose to know in every fibre and cell of my being that I do not need to be fixed.

Top of Head: I choose to believe in the very depths of my heart and soul that I deserve happiness and success in all areas of my life.

Now take two deep breaths to allow the energy to shift through you more quickly. And go back to your original statement: “I truly believe I deserve ………….” And rate it again on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being the least, and 10 being the most.

Familiarise yourself with these phrases and change them to suit your needs. If you use this every day for 30 days, your life will be unrecognisable. You need to become a different person if you want to succeed and this is one of the most powerful ways to do that.

The Habitual Mind

Do you sometimes wonder if you’re ever going to get off the merry-go-round of life? That Ground Hog day kind of feeling where you want things to be different, but every day rolls into the next and nothing ever really changes except the weather? Why, when there is an overwhelming amount of choice and opportunity in our lives, is it so hard to get different results?

The answer is it is the nature of the beast. It’s literally not your fault. We are habitual beings and 96 to 98 percent of the results we experience in our lives are the result of our habitual behaviours, actions and responses to life. These habits have been formed from the time we were conceived through our environment, our parents and other influential people in our lives, and is even programmed into our DNA and cellular memory from past lives and generations. We only live consciously 2 to 4 percent of the time, so if you are purely working with your conscious mind to transform your life, then your chances of seeing true change are pretty close to zero.

There is a great quote by Anthony Robbins: “If you always do what you’ve always done, you will always get what you’ve always got”.

If you want something to change in your life, then you are going to have to alter your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, actions and responses to situations in life. The question is, how do you do this when they are all formed through habit and most of the time we are oblivious to what is causing our life to turn out so different to what we really want?

The answer is simple: Personal Growth and Development. If you want your life to be different, then you have to be different. The change can only come from the inside out and this takes dedication and commitment to your own personal growth and development.

And even those who have dedicated many years to their personal development still struggle with the fundamentals because they are only scratching the surface. To get real change, real fast, you must go deep into the programs that have been hardwired into your brain for most of your life and even beyond.

Fortunately we live in exciting times when dozens and dozens of powerful and effective tools and techniques are widely available for us to learn and use to transform our lives.

Two of my favourite tools of all time are EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Sound Healing.

EFT is based on the philosophies of the ancient Eastern Healing art of Acupuncture and uses the meridian (energy) points of the body to clear physical, emotional and mental blocks that prevent us from living life to our full potential.

Sound Healing has been utilised by many ancient cultures for thousands of years as a powerful way to restore and maintain harmony and balance in all areas of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, thus allowing us to align with whatever we desire and be the best we can be in all ways.

By clearing our major energy centres, our chakras, through sound, we open ourselves up to realizing miraculous and spontaneous healing on all levels.

You are a being of infinite potential. The only limitations you have are the ones you have imposed on yourself. Dedicate yourself to clearing whatever limiting programming, beliefs and emotions are holding you back, so you can realize your full potential and live the life of your dreams.

What Does Personal Development Mean To You?

Personal Growth and Personal Development has become an enormous industry helping individuals in various ways to go that extra mile and get closer to their goals and dreams.

You all know I don’t think new levels of success in any area of your life is possible without investing in some form of Personal Development on a daily basis. But with an industry that offers such a broad range of products and services, are the lines getting blurred? Does anybody really understand what personal growth means anymore? Is it different for each individual or is there one strategy, technique, philosophy, set of rules that fits everybody?

For me, Personal Development is any practice that helps us to grow in a positive way emotionally, mentally and spiritually, and expand our consciousness to become more aware so we can live as conscious beings, having a positive impact on all the people we meet and interact with. It’s all about self realization that enables us to express our true magnificence and be more successful in every area of our life, in whatever way that looks like for us.

Personally I believe there as many different personal development techniques and strategies that work as there are people on the planet. And this is the way it must be. Every single person on the planet is unique and has a different set of belief systems, emotional and behavioural patterns and subconscious programming that are as distinctive from everybody else as their fingerprint.

Sure there are some coaches, techniques and programs that have a significant impact on a large percentage of the population. Two of the techniques that I have found most universally effective are EFT and Sound Healing. They work specifically on releasing blocks within your energy system and altering your vibration to align with what you want in your life.

And even then, there are many different ways to employ even these two techniques to enhance their effectiveness. Each person being able to find their own unique style that works specifically for them.

Personal Development is not something you can pick up once a month, or once a year, and expect to see significant progress. We see that with the variety of weekend workshops people attend from time to time, and leave all energised, enthusiastic, ready to conquer the world. This lasts all of a week before the reality of their life sets in and they return to their state of homeostasis, because there is no ongoing effort to change a lifetime of habits, belief systems, behaviours and emotional baggage.

No matter how powerful your method of choice, if you want to see significant long term results, then you must commit to a daily practice with a firm intent to make significant changes in your life, one day at a time. This should be at least 30 minutes in length and it must be reviewed regularly to make sure it is still the best practice for you.

If you are consistent and commit to your practice every single day without fail for 30 days, you will start to see results. You may even see significant changes in this time. After 90 days, your whole world will surely be transformed. Often in ways you never even imagined.

So, if your life isn’t perfect, grab some personal development books, go to seminars, check out online information, listen to podcasts, learn as many new techniques as you can, webinars, teleseminars, whatever you can get your eyes, ears and hands on so you can find what works best for you. Some will not work for you. But how do you know what does until you try them?

And above all, remember to have fun! Life is too short to get bogged down in taking yourself and your situation too seriously. As bad as things may seem, there is a blessing in every circumstance, you just have to look for it.
